My property stayed clean from nails and all other debris. Regardless the low temperatures the roofing stuff worked from dawn till dusk and got the job done flawlessly within 2 days. I love the shingle shades the contractor recommended as well. Also, I didn't even had to deal with insurance when the quote needed to be adjusted . Jiri and his team (Thomas and John) have given me my dream home! They transformed an awkward 70s ranch into a modern space that is current with living standards. These guys can do anything and no work is too difficult for them to handle. The scope of work was a complete remodel of the first floor. We merged two small rooms into a master suite with 5 piece bath, walk-in closet, laundry, new vinyl flooring, new electrical/lighting, then we put in a new Ikea kitchen, new fireplace facing, new textured walls and 3 bathroom upgrades in total. I am a designer that benefited from the guys great taste and we were able to solve for any space constraints such as moving a garage door and replacing a non-functional second entry door with glass (Jiri did each within 2-4 hours). The quality of work is great, they are fast, and very flexible when I added scope along the way. Jiri is very open and so I felt comfortable expressing any concerns which he was able to address immediately (he welcomes open communication). The crew is super friendly and I really enjoyed having them in my home. Ultimately, I believe pictures speaks volume so I hope you like the results as much as I do (decorating still in progress)...
