But after talking with them for a few minutes, they were both confident that the issue could be fixed by just running their cable. Of course, they also stated that more invasive work would need to be done if the cable didn’t fix the problem. Other companies had told us, almost as soon as they walked in, that they would need to open up our walls and would cost $1200-$1500. Saul and Shane were also willing to start the work right then and there - even after a long day and a tough job earlier. We agreed to give it a try and they fixed our sink that same night with zero wall openings, a decent amount of elbow grease and a great sense of humor. We’ll definitely be going back to Zoom Drain for any other plumbing needs as well as recommending them to friends and family."See more

I posted my need Friday morning to have a shower drain unclog and within 5 minutes Kevin responded. I called and he was able to arrive in 1 hour. This responsiveness needs to be compared to Dr. Fixit, which could only make an appointment for 4 days later! Kevin is friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and got his 30-foot powered snake and had the drain unclog quickly. Then he told us what to do to keep it unclogged. His charge was very reasonable. What more could anybody want? We were very happy.

Hired them to fix a small leak. The quote was for $99 and they ended up billing me $624. I was not there and the people that were there to meet them paid without knowing it was an overcharge. There were no parts replaced - literally just unclogged drain and tightened everything. Such a rip-off!!!
