- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 45 minute and 1 hour sessions. We charge per month and the price decreases per session the more sessions a week you sign up for. We offer 1 session free to make sure we are a good fit for our customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would set a date for us to do a free consultation. We would go over your history and goals. Given you are not training for a specific sport, we would then go through the functional fitness test that we have created to test strength in multiple areas of your body and the state of your cardiovascular system. We would also measure weight, body fat, and some some body circumstances. All this will be recorded on our app you will download for tracking and graphing. After the consultation and if you decide to do training with us, will then set the dates for training sessions and I would give you access to our full personal training app. The app you will use for nutrition and your personal workouts on your own to supplement our training and get you closer to your goals as quickly and safely as possible. We would focus our training around functional exercises using the body as much as possible, given your goals. After one month of training we will do the fitness test and all the measurements again to check in on progress and make adjustments from there.

NSCA certified personal trainer since 2011 CPR/AED certified since 2011
