Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.
I highly recommend Adriana, you will not find a yoga and reddinkin instructor who cares more about you. The meditation and yoga following the group section were wonderful and really rounded off the whole experience. We can not wait to schedule another team building day with Adriana.
Fair price, on time, flexible schedule, extremely knowledgeable and skilled in thai yoga massage.
I had a one-on-one yoga session with Sona and it was amazing. She tailored the yoga to my body and what I wanted to work on. She showed me the the proper way to do each pose to get the most benefit. I thought I knew how to do yoga, but I have a lot to learn. I look forward to our next yoga session. Thanks so much Sona, you are amazing.
Steph had such a natural and easy connection with me as instructor and friend, and very impressively is able to correct or supplement my positions and understanding of the yoga session. The language they use to guide the poses and direct my movement is easy to understand and incredibly helpful, as it's direct in what I am struggling with, and instructional in the best way. The sessions are so comfortable with Steph, always very aware of respect and consent, so it's always a safe space and interaction!
She’s very attentive. I’ve enjoyed our sessions so far!
I have been practicing yoga for a long time, and I must say Jenna is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. Her knowledge about the body, breath, and mind is incredible, and she always challenges me to be the best I can.
I was hesitant to go to public yoga classes. Jessica has an awesome private beginner series that helped me understand what to expect from a public class and how to feel safe and comfortable on my mat on my own.
We hired Darrin to lead 2 sessions at our Corporate Retreat, I was nervous because several people in our group have never done yoga or meditation. Boy did Darrin deliver!!! Darrin has a way of leading professionals and opening them up to new experiences that allows people to absorb at their own pace. The whole group kept thanking me for bringing Darrin in and said it was a major highlight of our retreat. I couldn’t recommend Darrin more. He’s professional, on point, and delivers. Thank you Darrin again so much!!
With legs up the wall, Im lying in this inverted position as I wait for class to begin. Whether finding peace from the days woes, or starting a new day afresh, Ive discovered a sanctuary at Inner Connections Yoga: There is no better place to relax, detox and destress than this one. Led by John and Jeanne Adams, a gathering of attuned teachers offers each student the chance to discover their own levels of strength, balance, flexibility and overall ease. I would never have thought that yoga could do so much, but in the hands of this compassionate team it really can be an all-in-one practice to heal body, mind and soul. Mindful teachers offer suggestions for modifications that enrich the benefit of each asana a position of purpose for each student. Classes begin and end with a meditation to help you take everything youve learned, off the mat and into the world. I have come to know the environment at Inner Connections as both staff and student. And I know it to be deeply transformative place or simply a gentle escape from what ails you. Its a special place, indeed.
I've attended Kosha for two years. It's an authentic yoga studio focusing on alignment, meditation, nutrition, workshops and teacher training. Kosha offers different levels of yoga classes for everyone. Workshops and classes are reasonably priced. If you want to feel welcome at a yoga studio no matter what your physical level this is the studio for you.
My passion is providing clients with the balance that a regular yoga practice can give. I love helping others in this beautiful medium.
I'm a personal trainer and yoga instructor with RYT 200 hours. I have been training for over 20 years. I have a gym, trail and extra mats. Fitness analysis is available for an additional fee, which is highly recommended to track progress. Food journal is recommended as well.
I was drawn to teach yoga in the Kripalu tradition because it speaks to the WHOLE individual--not just focused on exercising the body. My classes are really an invitation to explore the "yoga of LIFE"--how what we experience every time we come onto our mats is a mirror for our journey through Life: its gifts, its challenges and its lessons. I incorporate wisdom teachings from many traditions, poetry, music and sharing and each class is unique.

Being a Colorado native, Lara was always drawn to an active and athletic lifestyle. Lara was introduced to yoga in a high school dance class and she knew instantly that it was an intricate piece of her life's path. She was intrigued and mystified by the complexity of the human body and the study of its movement. In 2005, Lara began her studies in massage therapy at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, where she currently works in Boulder as a therapist. As the result of a shoulder injury, her dedication to yoga grew more and more. Compelled to immerse herself in its study, she completed the CorePower teacher training in 2008 and began masterfully weaving her experience as a bodyworker and yoga practitioner. Lara's classes convey the depth that she has discovered within yoga that goes far beyond the physical Asana practice. Lara creates a beautiful rhythm of meditation and healing by aligning the breath and focusing the mind with the movement of the physical body. "Because the practice has affected me so profoundly, it is a joy and honor to share its benefits through teaching." Recently, Lara has expanded her knowledge beyond Power Vinyasa and Hot Yoga to teach Yin Yoga and Partner Yoga by the fall of 2009. - Private and group yoga classes: Vinyasa flow, hot yoga, yin yoga, and partner yoga. - Therapeutic massage: Floor and table shiatsu, full-body Swedish massage, chair massage, sports massage, polarity therapy, deep tissue, neuromuscular energy techniques, Thai massage, and integrative massage.
