It's not often I've had work done both well and quickly, but Lakewood Exteriors did. I had a leaking skylight that was getting worse. Luis came out the same day I reached out, he took photos to show me the problem, explained in detail how to properly fix it, fixed it the next day, showed me after repair photos, provided a warranty, and the price was fair. On top of all that, he installed my missing chimney cap which I didn't remember until he showed up. This is the level of workmanship and professionalism that is so hard to find these days.

We noticed a leak starting in our kitchen. Luis came out to look at our roof and found the area around the chimney was where water was coming in under some flashing not nailed down well. He took pictures for us to see and re-nailed and caulked the nails and edges of the flashing. We are very pleased. He was professional, prompt, explained everything, and did the job efficiently and without any upsale. We will definitely contact this company again with any construction and/or repairs to our home.
