However, when I communicated with their Service Manager, Justin, about my dissatisfaction with the project, he clearly wanted to resolve the issue and sent out a different tech to take a look the very next day and see what was going on. The new tech, Matt, was fantastic and looked at what was going on with the install, explained everything thoroughly to me about it, and talked through the various options we had for fixing it. It turned out that there wasn't really a way to install it any other way given the existing housing but we figured out a workaround that I can take care of when I have the time. Justin was incredibly responsive and truly went above and beyond to do his best to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the work Luminous did."See more

Jason get the holes cutout, speakers installed and configured my receivers to ensure I was getting the most out of the new setup. I worked with a second time as well as he helped me track down some good deals on open box equipment through his AV connections. Both my tv room and basement are sounding much better and I'm happy how everything turned out. I really liked how Jason took the time to explain what he was doing and make recommendations.
