I can't say enough about how great yoga with Anji has been. She instructs in a way that is completely void of judgement or pressure. Yoga was presented as a way to connect to yourself and your higher being, rather than to see if you could twist yourself into uncomfortable positions. I always left feeling better than when I walked in. Every class was truly a pleasure.
Jen came to our office for our office employee appreciation day. She made it into the perfect relaxing day by giving everyone in the office a wonderful massage and also taught a 1 hour yoga class. It was so nice to have her come to us with all of her equipment and experience. The staff has requested that she come back for yoga classes and massages at lease once a month!
I love taking Kim's classes! She blends many styles of yoga into her classes. No matter what kind of class you are looking for Kim will be able to deliver, she can teach to all levels. I had a one-on-one yoga session with Sona and it was amazing. She tailored the yoga to my body and what I wanted to work on. She showed me the the proper way to do each pose to get the most benefit. Katie has been my Personal Trainer for about six months. Katie is very thoughtful in her approach to helping me strengthen my body - especially to help fight Osteopenia. I appreciate her asking at each session how my body is feeling and if I'm having pain any place. I feel Katie has good knowledge of physiology and muscle structure in the body - I can count on her to advise me of stretches and exercises which will benefit my individual needs. Every session we had was an experience and every experience was different . She taught how practicing yoga ,the physical / spiritual practice of yoga can alter ones life. She teaches the reasoning behind every pose and the affect it will have on your body . Rebekahs practices are an experience you will want to repeat over and over again. She is a true yogi!,,

I adored taking Yoga with Eleanor, she was calm clear and visual. Her classes always suit her students, even if a mixed bunch of abilities! When she left the South Bay area to return home, I cancelled my membership at the club where she was teaching, as I didn't find the other teachers as good. If you're very lucky she might even play her flute at the end of class for the relaxation part :-)
