Not new to yoga but not an expert. Ashley communicates precisely and clearly to explain poses while still challenging those who are novice to advanced. She coaches you along and gives constant encouragement. I really like how she makes the group feel like a team and causes us to encourage each other

Kaylan is incredible! She is a creative yoga instructor and clearly has extensive knowledge. She is also very patient with students of different skill level and when she found out I was pregnant, she did extra research to find safe moves for me. I can't wait to take another class from her!

Meagen has been great to work with! An absolute professional.

I am a yoga teacher and life coach in beautiful Colorado. I inspire you to live life fully by embracing nature, dance, yoga, and my coachings. We will delve deep to transform body, mind, and soul by exploring your passions and co-creating a personalized plan that works for you.

I have over a decade of personal practice in a variety of styles of yoga, and this contributes greatly as I guide each client through his or her own personal yoga practice, whether in a group class or private setting. My own practice of ashtanga vinyasa yoga, blended with core and inversion training, gives me the tools to instruct advanced poses and transitions, as well as inversion-specific training including headstands, forearm stands, and handstands. However, at the core of everything I teach is a focus on breathing and connection with the meditative aspects of yoga instead of becoming caught up in mastering each pose. Yoga is a practice, and the process is more important than the outcome. The outcome will be evident with dedication and patience.

I am a certified yoga therapist with the international Association of Yoga Therapy. What makes this different than being a yoga teacher is that I can evaluate and work with individuals according to their strengths and or challenges.
