I have been working with Candice for almost a year now. I have achieved great success. Understood my nutritional usually better that I did to reach my goals. I attended the veggie-slaws class. It was a one-hour session. The dishes were simple enough to make at home on my own, healthy and tasty! Pam's teaching method is hands-on, but not overwhelming. She teaches you how to make the dish and supplies you with a manual to take home! As she is a nutritionist, she informed me of the health benefits of the dishes we made. Pam is very personable. Although you are in a complete stranger's home, you don't feel awkward or uncomfortable. I had a fun, informative time!

Sara has been my main nutritionist for the past few years. After years of suffering from chronic migraine headaches, I finally took her advice to focus on the gut/brain relationship. Upon her advice, I gave up gluten and sugar and as a result gave up all my migraine medications. She realized that my gastrointestinal problems were directly related to the headaches. She knew this complete change in diet would be very difficult for me since I was basically a sugarholic! She helped me with recipes and made the transition so much easier than I thought it would be.If not for her I'm sure I would still be suffering. Her constant follow-ups and pep-talks truly show how much she cares!!

Stephanie has a compassionate approach of providing support to make changes that become healthy habits that can be sustained long-term. I really benefited from learning about the importance of proper and adequate sleep as a foundation to improving my health. Stephanie helped me by breaking down my health goals into actionable “baby steps” that were attainable. As I incrementally reached my goals I gained more confidence in making lasting changes for my health. I loved that Stephanie summarized our sessions and her recommendations in an email. I’ve printed out all of these session notes and recommendations (attachments) and created a binder that I continually reference. I’m very proud of my accomplishments in working with Stephanie! In 6 months I attained my weight loss goal of 20 pounds! I’m getting restful sleep and waking up feeling well rested. My energy has increased and I now can’t miss my daily walks of 30 minutes+ and am incorporating strength training. I rarely get a migraine headache and I’m so happy about that! I’m also managing stress more effectively and the proper supplementation has helped immensely in improving my health overall. Kelly is a wonderful nutritionist! She is easy to talk to and really cares about her clients. She takes the time to really understand your health concerns and designs a nutrition/wellness program around your needs. Kelly has a non-judgmental, gentle approach as well as a tremendous knowledge of how to get the body to work better. She is always available and willing to answer any and all questions. Zach sat down with me, got to know me, and helped me come up with a well-being plan that worked with my busy schedule. He helped me with meal plans, put me through a workout three times a week, and gave me many free resources. He even showed me some strategies to prepare quick and healthy lunches. He guided me through the first few weeks and offered to help longer. He gave me seven different recipes for quick and easy bento lunches. Being a teacher, a quick, healthy, and energizing lunch is important, so I was so grateful for his assistance! All around, Zach is a great nutritionist, yoga coach, personal trainer, or even meditation guide! Spring was a life saver for me and my family. She coached me on nutrition for my hyperactive son. Diet made such a huge difference in his behavior and Spring offered suggestions and meal plans to help us. Spring also serviced me with life coaching that has improved how I handle situations and I still implement these teachings she shared with me to this day.
