Anji is spunky, full of energy, and motivating. When you can see that someone is truly enjoying themselves and enjoying helping others it is easy to have fun yourself and cut loose. Zumba with Anji is one if my favorite things in the universe!!! It's such a good time AND such a good work out. Anyone that is fortunate enough to be in class with her would say the same, I'm sure. LOVE her!!!
Jen came to our office for our office employee appreciation day. She made it into the perfect relaxing day by giving everyone in the office a wonderful massage and also taught a 1 hour yoga class. It was so nice to have her come to us with all of her equipment and experience. The staff has requested that she come back for yoga classes and massages at lease once a month!

It was a pleasure receiving a session from Beth at Liquid Mind💜 During our Reiki session I could feel the energy moving throughout my entire body. I felt a sense of relaxation and balance. It was amazing! I felt safe and comforted. I also experienced her Yoga & meditation. It was a great class. I slept so well after and had much less anxiety! She is a natural healer and a wonderful to be around. I will definitely be back!
I took Eleanor's class for several years--even following her to gyms a few miles farther than my local site--because she is excellent! Everything you want in a yoga instructor: skilled and knowledgeable, in-tune to needs of the class, soothing voice and affect, caring about her students and continually improving her own practice, which she brings along to her own classes. Eleanor was sorely missed by many, many yogis in our classes when she moved out of state. She is hard--if not impossible--to replace!
Sam is a gentle and intuitive yoga instructor and an all-around amazing human.
Maggie taught a nutrition workshop and led a yoga class for our apartment community. For the nutrition workshop, Maggie was very prepared and presented information in a clear and engaging manner. Her knowledge of the material and the science behind the nutrition was evident. I learned so much and I continue to apply her suggestions to my daily nutritional choices! Her yoga class was equally excellent. Maggie created a relaxing atmosphere and led the sequences with confidence. I loved how she engaged with each participant, helping us to perfect each pose and taking time to focus on each individual’s needs. Maggie is incredibly talented!
Yoga flows and meditative sequences tailored direct to the clients personal needs.

I teach private yoga sessions to individuals or groups. I am a certified yoga teacher, and I did my training at CorePower Yoga. I cater to any level of experience, from beginner to advanced. I have years of experience in teaching at a nonprofit organization that helped those recover from drug addiction. I strive to help others, and I believe yoga is a great resource. Owners of yoga studios have hired me to run their teacher's training programs because I am a teacher who makes everyone feel safe, and at the same time, I encourage them to dig deep. My classes are always geared to all levels that nurture beginners and teach the fundamentals of yoga while at the same time still challenge a more advanced student. My flow class is a meditation in movement that focuses on breath awareness and physical alignment. This practice will help you build strength and agility (both mental and physical), increase stamina, focus, endurance and balance. My philosophy is that yoga is not about how it looks, but rather about taking what you learn on your mat into your world, including work, relationships, etc. You will learn coping skills like never before. You'll build a reservoir of patience and compassion and reignite a sense of self-worth and appreciation. I taught in Los Angeles before moving to Denver, and I have 12 years of teaching and more than 20 years of yoga practice under my belt. Both men and women find comfort and safety in my classes. I passed the point of tearing myself apart to look good. Instead, I want my life to feel good, which is what my yoga practice has provided, a sense of confidence and courage that I look forward to passing on to you!
