I had an outstanding experience with Brady Construction and could not be happier with the results. They replaced the sod throughout my entire yard, and the finished yard looks exceptional.
From my very first inquiry, Dan was incredibly responsive. He replied immediately, provided a helpful preliminary estimate over the phone, and then came to my home in Timnath to inspect the property and provide a final quote. I especially appreciated his willingness to travel from the Denver area to take on the project.
The entire process moved remarkably quickly. Within only a few days of my initial call, he had completed the on-site inspection, provided the final quote, and scheduled the work. The project began only about four days after I first contacted him.
What impressed me most was that Mark, Alberto, and crew did not take shortcuts.They took the time to fix everything that needed attention and made sure the job was done properly. They thoroughly checked my irrigation system, ensured that it was working correctly, inspected the sprinkler heads, and replaced those that were not in good working condition. They went beyond simply laying new sod and made sure the underlying irrigation system was ready to support it.
Brady Construction was professional, courteous, thorough, and excellent in all of his communication. Every message was answered promptly, the process was clearly explained, and he followed through exactly as promised. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job correctly were evident throughout the project.
I would enthusiastically recommend Brady Construction to anyone in Timnath, Fort Collins, or the surrounding Northern Colorado area who is looking for landscaping or sod installation. This was an exceptionally positive experience from beginning to end, the results exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I had a 900 ft.² backyard that was nothing but dirt, old mulch, and weeds. Mark Brady of Brady Landscaping and Construction came to my house on a Friday afternoon and gave me an estimate on the spot. He said it would take 3 days to entirely landscape my backyard and while they were at it, his guys would fix my broken fence for free. He promised to do it within my budget, which was a modest $6500. Part of our deal was I would buy the trees and shrubs myself and he would have his workers plant them and set up a drip system for irrigation.
Before he left, he spotted another problem I had at the entryway to my house, one that I had not included on my initial list of things to do, and offered a smart way to fix it for a reasonable price.
That convinced me. I hired them and they started the following Monday.
Well, it actually took 4 days, but guess what, it was all my fault. I added stuff to the backyard, like a second little patio and 2 sets of stairs. The workers took it in stride and by Thursday I had my dream backyard—low water/low maintenance, sturdy new stairs made of material I had on hand, plus a great new entryway patio that completely eliminated the tripping hazard at the front of my house.
A month later, I still feel amazed, like I got a 900 square foot addition to my house, and somehow they did it in 4 days. BTW, the company had at least 3 other projects going at the same time and yet Mark was regularly in touch, workers were constantly on hand, and my yard was completed quickly and skillfully.
They say, if you want something done right, ask the busiest person to do it. Worked for me.

I had a great experience working with Becky for an outdoor concrete staircase and path along my house and landscape edging around a massive maple tree and edging to extend a flowerbed at my residence. Cesar with his team completed broken irrigation and Salvador with his team completed the concrete work and landscape edging. All of the folks were super kind and considerate, and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job! He was a great communicator, the team was timely and professional and our vision came to life beautifully. Brady Landscaping helped me design the yard and we added gravel paths, flagstone walkways, installed stone stairs, plant/mulch and finished it off with a natural fire pit area. He also regraded part of our yard to prevent flooding. Mark worked within our budget and the entire experience was fairly seamless.

Mark answered on my first call and came by twice the next day, which was a Friday. I shared our plan that we had created using ChatGPT, and his crew began work on Monday finishing on Thursday, making the whole process from initial call to finish product in five working days. Alberto and the work crew provided quality work and advice regarding our switch from all Grass lawn to mainly xeriscape with cedar mulch that fit our High Plains desert air conditions. It’s been two weeks since the finished project so I can’t speak for the long-term aspects of the change, but we are extremely satisfied with the drip irrigation, water saving, and the complete look of our lawn.
