I have a firm belief that good food begins with quality ingredients, I always use the most high quality ingredients and base my menus off what is closest to being in season. Other than that it’s all about technique, I’ve spent over a decade as a chef and have done everything I can to learn and become better all with the simple goal of making every meal as well as I can. Chef Aspen was the private chef for our dinner party of nine, and he was outstanding. He was professional, responsive, and worked closely with us to create a wonderful menu while accommodating food allergies and dietary preferences. The entire evening was seamless, allowing us to relax and enjoy our guests. The food was exceptional—from the quality of the ingredients and cooking skill to the beautiful presentation of each dish. Every course was delicious and received rave reviews from our guests. We would highly recommend Chef Aspen and would gladly hire him again.

We've been using Chef Shanks as a family chef for the last 6 months. He helps our family a ton with his cooking. His food is excellent and he is very flexible on timing and menu requests. This was the first time we had ever hired a chef for our family and we highly _highly_ recommend Chef Shanks!

Chef Aspen is the real deal! Not only is his food delicious but he delivers the full private chef experience. You will feel like you’re at a Michelin star restaurant when he enters your kitchen. Will definitely be booking with him again.

Joe knows sushi (and sashimi as well)!! Great in home dinner with Joe. Crushed a sashimi app and followed it with amazing fillet mignon with cognacs sauce!!
