Aspen was great at communicating from the start of the process! I received a call almost immediately after inquiring and he talked me through potential menu items and how everything would work. We had a group of 11 girls for a bachelorette, some with food preferences and he definitely delivered. Aspen arrived on time and was very personable. Food was absolutely delicious and everyone had leftovers to take home:) Thanks again, we had a blast! Highly recommend

Aspen was phenomenal! He was attentive, friendly, and punctual with our group of 12. He cooked us a brilliant 3 course meal that was very delicious. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!!

I asked Chef Aspen to perform a small event including a cooking lesson for a friend that is experiencing a health issue that will radically change their diet and lifestyle. Chef was extremely empathetic and helpful. I sincerely felt like he was personally invested in making this persons experience positive and fun. I really couldn't have asked for a better partner in this matter. Not inconsequently, he was also at my budget. HIGHLY recommend!

Not only have I dreamt about the food still, but Aspen is the easiest person to work with. Very professional and handled everything. Ask him about the meatballs!! The truffle pasta and sea bass was out of this world. Will be using again
