First off, it's impossible to really keep a review on Brandy short. But I'll give it a try-which is what Brandy would say to any exercises. She knows her stuff, whether you're in her spin class, yoga class, personal training, taking about health, TRX or kettlebells, Brandy no matter what condition you are in, she WILL help you. Brandy is an absolute sweetheart that will work you touchas off. She comes in with a plan for the session, but ALWAYS asks how I am feeling, what she does amazingly, is adjust and with Glee. As I stated I could write a 60 page review, but that's hard to read, So whatever fitness schedule you are seeking, Brandy is the gal, PERIOD.
I can't say enough about how great yoga with Anji has been. She instructs in a way that is completely void of judgement or pressure. Yoga was presented as a way to connect to yourself and your higher being, rather than to see if you could twist yourself into uncomfortable positions. I always left feeling better than when I walked in. Every class was truly a pleasure.
Great teacher, I've been in her yoga class and yoga meditation class, I've been lifted to states of higher consciences during her leaded meditation and watched spade drips of rainbows come from my pineal gland. Very calming up front teacher.
I love taking Kim's classes! She blends many styles of yoga into her classes. No matter what kind of class you are looking for Kim will be able to deliver, she can teach to all levels. Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.
Chellee is an amazing masseuse. I have literally cried tears of joy with the release of pain in my mid back from her work. She has a great deep massage and I have even tried to foot massage on my back. Not sure what that is called, but that is amazing. I will definitely be back!
It was a pleasure receiving a session from Beth at Liquid Mind💜 During our Reiki session I could feel the energy moving throughout my entire body. I felt a sense of relaxation and balance. It was amazing! I felt safe and comforted. I also experienced her Yoga & meditation. It was a great class. I slept so well after and had much less anxiety! She is a natural healer and a wonderful to be around. I will definitely be back!
