Blenda was such an inspirational, motivating, patient and fun personal trainer. I was always excited to train with her. I was constantly amazed and impressed with how she applied her nutritional and fitness knowledge with what was best for me to attain my goals. Workouts were never dull! I attended the veggie-slaws class. It was a one-hour session. The dishes were simple enough to make at home on my own, healthy and tasty! Pam's teaching method is hands-on, but not overwhelming. She teaches you how to make the dish and supplies you with a manual to take home! As she is a nutritionist, she informed me of the health benefits of the dishes we made. Pam is very personable. Although you are in a complete stranger's home, you don't feel awkward or uncomfortable. I had a fun, informative time!
Not only did I have the pleasure of working with Chef Dole in a classroom setting, from which I learned a lot, I also had the fortune of having him as my nutritionist after I had my daughter. He is very knowledgeable and well versed in many aspects as well as personable and helped me reach my goal of graduating as well as my weight loss. I moved to Denver in the spring and was looking for a personal trainer to help me build lean muscle and wishing to tone up. I was also looking for a nutritionist to help me with my food allergies and health concerns. While searching for a personal trainer I came across Mona who focused on both and thought it would be a perfect fit! Iâve been going to Mona for the past 4-5 months twice a week and I always look forward to it! Iâve noticed such a change in my body! I have the lean muscle that I had wished for and I can see muscles that I havenât seen in years! Mona really listens to what you want and makes the workouts geared towards your goals. She also is extremely knowledgeable on food and how it affects your body. I have always tried my best to be the healthiest eater and Mona helped me realize that even though I was eating healthy, that there was a reason for my bloated stomach after I ate every single time. She made me aware of my daily habits in a way I never had before. I feel a million times better since Iâve been going to Mona, something that the doctors in Cleveland could not accomplish. Mona is very dedicated and has genuine concern for her clients. Even when she went on vacation for two weeks, she offered Skype classes! Iâm moving downtown in the next few months and although it will be a hike to Parker, itâs totally worth the experience!
Sara has been my main nutritionist for the past few years. After years of suffering from chronic migraine headaches, I finally took her advice to focus on the gut/brain relationship. Upon her advice, I gave up gluten and sugar and as a result gave up all my migraine medications. She realized that my gastrointestinal problems were directly related to the headaches. She knew this complete change in diet would be very difficult for me since I was basically a sugarholic! She helped me with recipes and made the transition so much easier than I thought it would be.If not for her I'm sure I would still be suffering. Her constant follow-ups and pep-talks truly show how much she cares!!
