Chef Thomas did an excellent job. This was a 58th wedding anniversary dinner for my wife and I and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The food was excellent and it was prepared imaginatively. Thomas was likable and efficient. A wonderful fine dining experience.

We used Karen for my wedding in 2014 and couldn't have been more pleased. From start to finish she had every detail down! Karen really listened to my vision and when I showed her pictures knew exactly the direction I was headed. She made my wedding day and two years later I still dream of those flowers! We went back to The Garden Path recently for my grandfather's funeral. My mom just trusted that Karen would take of everything. And of course she did! Driving to the church herself to make sure the arrangements were set up properly! We can't say enough good things about The Garden Path. The next life event requiring floral arrangements will take us right back to Karen!

I had the pleasure of working with Mary and her family when planning my wedding this past summer at Deer Creek Valley Ranch. The first time I met with Mary and her daughter to discuss my goals and dreams for the wedding, I could tell that she was going to do whatever it took to make my wedding day memorable. Through her busy schedule she was willing to meet with me several times to ensure that we were all on the same page for what the big day entailed. She went out of her way of finding affordable decorations to make my vision come true. Her daughters were very thoughtful in providing great ideas and insight on decorations and other wedding details. Her husband was very helpful with the technological side of things and offered to be the DJ and M.C. at the wedding. Nicole was the "day of" wedding planner for my daughter's wedding in Estes Park. We live out of state and were planning the wedding long distance. Nicole was incredibly responsive to our needs and delightful to work with. She met with us when we traveled to Estes Park for the final plans, answered every email inquiry timely, appeared early in the morning on the day of the wedding, decorated the outdoor ceremony area and the indoor reception area. She was thorough, talented at decor, efficient, unobtrusive, cheerful, patient and CALM. During the planning sessions she was encouraging and reassuring and (thank goodness) mentioned details we had not yet considered! She listened to my daughter's independent ideas about highlighting wildlife and nature, and then suggested ideas and decor that were perfect! She worked with the D.J. and kept the reception events right on schedule. At the end of the evening, even after a very long day, she packed up the decorations from the reception area and delivered them to our cabin the next morning while we were having the "farewell brunch". Most of our guests were surprised that we had a wedding coordinator present, because she was so professional, she blended in and coordinated everything seamlessly. Although we only booked her for "day of" Nicole went above and beyond and her services far exceeded her cost. Grant, Nicole, and their team prepared a fabulous BBQ buffet for our 90-person wedding. They helped us plan a seasonal menu and they took care of dessert, bartending, and finding rentals for our venue. It was so helpful to not have to worry about coordinating lots of different vendors and be able to relax on our wedding day. Our guests raved about the food and the cocktail they created for us. They were nothing but professional from planning to the day of. I couldn't recommend them enough.
Amanda did a truly great job. We had a particularly complex, DYI wedding with the ceremony and cocktail hour happening in a different place than the reception. And the reception was at my dad's house so no venue staff to help. Amanda knew all the right questions to ask as we prepared and came up with some fantastic additions to our plan. When we showed up to the house from the ceremony the reception was 100% what I had imagined and more. Amanda also had to put some pressure on some of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. She did a great job making sure the entire evening was a success. I couldn't be more thankful to have worked with Amanda and the wedding would not have happened without her hard hard work!
I am so glad I hired Britainy for my wedding day. She is incredibly professional and gets the job done! She was great about communicating any last minute details and she always checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay. She made everything stress free for me me and I am so appreciative of that. Jonathan was willing to work with my needs on my budget, which saved my wedding day because finding a reasonable decorator in the area was near impossible. He met with me a few times prior to the big day to ensure he understood what I wanted done. Due to the uniqueness of my situation I paid cash up front for his services, which at the time I was skeptical of, but now I would do it again any day. Jonathan went above and beyond what I needed done; when I walked into my reception hall it looks absolutely perfect! Everything went seemlessly I couldn't have dreamt of a better situation! I would highly recommend Highlights Colorado to anyone.
Krista & SeaAnna are magic workers! Every meeting I had with them was so pleasant and honestly I never thought the day of the wedding would be so hectic and they took care of everything and executed my vision. There were a couple of hiccups in my wedding: I forgot to steam the veil and they worked their magic under the hand dryers in the bathroom to make it presentable. My cake bases never made it and they went hunting in the storage room of the venue and managed to setup something similar to what I had planned. On top of it they took photos to make sure some candid moments were captured. And my decorations and flowers which they setup looked STUNNING. My sweetheart table was amazing and everybody was impressed and the whole setup. Loved working with them and hope we can become friends in real life because they were lovely people.
We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Boy, am I glad Lindsay was there. She drove all the way to Silverthorne to join us for a venue meeting and the day of the wedding was flawless; all thanks to her. By coincidence, I just happened to have attended 2 parties coordinated by In The Event and Elyse Boule. Both parties were PHENOMENAL! What made them so special? The attention to detail with the planning, the food, the drinks, the decor, the entertainment and the overall vibe. Elyse truly has a knack for understanding what the client loves, what they don't love, and how to make it a memorable experience. The first party was an outdoor graduation party at a private residence (~60 people); the second was an indoor Kentucky Derby Party at a private residence (~30 people). First, the person being honored at the outdoor graduation party loves Cajun food so Elyse arranged for a New Orleans Food Truck to serve up New Orleans cuisine for all the guests right on location (absolutely delicious AND smart - no kitchen clean-up for the host!). She worked with the food truck to design a menu that was adult and kid-friendly. She obtained all the necessary permits for a food truck to stay parked in the neighborhood. She hired a bartender who specializes in making southern-style cocktails (also delicious and smart - no one had to serve themselves). Not only did she arrange the food truck and bartender, she also found a New Orleans-style jazz band to provide entertainment for all the guests. It was a blast! I truly felt like I was on Bourbon Street that night! She mastered the New Orleans theme, just what the client wanted. It was perfect, despite a freak rain storm. Of course, she planned for that too and had already had a tent and heaters out. I did not expect this at a house party. I was expecting a sandwich tray-white sheet cake and balloons graduation party snooze-fest. NOT A CHANCE! Everyone had a blast, no one batted an eye despite the short burst of bad weather and all the guests, including the band, kept on rockin'. The second party was a Kentucky Derby party (indoor). She coordinated a "Best Derby Hat" contest for the ladies and kids, and provided cute prizes for the winners. The food was all Kentucky-inspired, as were the drinks. Each drink glass (in mason jars - perfect!) were labeled with a horse's number so that drinks wouldn't get mixed up. Similar to the first party I attended, it was so clear that this girl pays close attention to the clients' needs/wants and her attention to detail is impeccable. (I hear that she will be planning a wedding for a client soon, and I want to go just for the party even thought I don't know the bride and groom.) There is no doubt in my mind who I will use when I throw my next party, whether it's big or small. I am so glad I found her - you will too!!! Thank you In The Event and Elyse!!! You make parties truly unforgettable.
Events by LaTasha created an stunning and memorable holiday party for my guests and I. During the consultation, I provided LaTasha with a few details of how I envisioned the evening would look. LaTasha listened carefully, and far exceeded my expectations in every category. She was very hands on, throughout the entire process, I didn't have to worry about a thing. She even had an extra surprise for my guest and I, by having an amazing vocalist to get us all in the holiday spirit. My guests raved about the party days later. Aside from marrying my best friend, hiring Caitlin was the best wedding decision I made. She's professional, kind, understanding, and takes initiative. Her acumen for events is incredible and her execution is perfection. There are many moments of wedding planning hell that I will always remember but the one that comes to mind is me and Caitlin sitting with our florist - I had relayed my floral plan to Caitlin and when I was getting swept away by the beauty of all the flowers, Caitlin asked "Can we have smaller or fewer flowers in the flower girl's crown to make it a little cheaper?" That was exactly what I wanted but would have been too shy to ask. Through everything, Caitlin was my advocate and I'm extremely thankful for her efforts! She is the best!
