Steph had such a natural and easy connection with me as instructor and friend, and very impressively is able to correct or supplement my positions and understanding of the yoga session. The language they use to guide the poses and direct my movement is easy to understand and incredibly helpful, as it's direct in what I am struggling with, and instructional in the best way. The sessions are so comfortable with Steph, always very aware of respect and consent, so it's always a safe space and interaction!
Yoga has often intrigued me, but the few classes I attended previously didn't come close to meeting any of my needs. Thank goodness I met Sona! She listens to both my spoken and unspoken needs and tailors each session to be exactly what I need at that time - from finding peace and contentment to energizing me for tasks ahead.
