"Taking piano lessons through the video chat was really helpful for me since I don't have to drive anywhere. The teacher I took from is really excellent and I've learned how to read music and play a bunch of different pieces as a result of the lessons. The value is good too, not sure where else I could find good quality lessons at this sort of price."

"Matthew is very professional musician. He took a lot of time to assist me preparing a very special song list for my husband's birthday dinner party. My family really enjoyed themselves especially because of his soulful sounds from playing the saxophone. He was mesmerizing. And, we're going to invite him back in the near future. Thanks, Matthew!"

"My son Christopher has been with Dan for almost a year, after spending 3 years with a previous teacher. Chris has made amazing strides with his sense of rhythm especially, but also with his interpretations of the compositions he's playing. Dan has also shown Chris how to compose his own music and explore the many ways his own songs can sound. Dan is an excellent teacher and pianist, and I would highly recommend him to anyone learning to play the piano."

"I decided to fulfill my dream of learning how to play the piano properly with a good teacher. I found Pam on Thumbtack and she has been fantastic for my adult piano lessons. I am 39 years old with a musical background that dates very far back in the day (high school), and she taught me the basics and challenged me beyond what I thought I was capable of. She is patient but strict, and emphasizes technique in a way that I find to be so helpful to prevent bad habits from starting early. Pam is a devoted teacher who pours herself into each of her lessons for all of her students. I have been learning from her for the past 6 months and plan to stick with her as long as she's willing to teach me."

"Barb's Continuo Home Music Lessons provided home lessons to my son. Not only was the instructor very talented, but they knew exactly how to interact with a young person to keep his interest throughout the lesson and encouraged practicing beyond the lesson. Barb is always prompt and goes out of her way to accomodate scheduling issues. "

"We switched to Laura in May for piano lessons after 3 years with another teacher. We are very happy with her teaching approach. She makes it fun for my 2 daughters (10 & 8) and yet they are learning a lot. I noticed that my girls practice more during the week and looks forward to their weekly lesson with Laura. She comes to our house too which is very convenient. "

"Our son took classical piano lessons with Mr. Gleba for a number of years. A very talented pianist and composer, Mr. Gleba has a particularly good way with kids - makes piano interesting and fun, with a wicked sense of humor, but teaches in a true classical style. We highly recommend Mr. Gleba to anybody old or young who wants an accomplished and talented piano teacher."

"Narina is an amazing piano teacher. Loves children and knows how to make all age children excited in playing piano. We have 2 daughters taking piano lessons with Narina for 9 years. From 2 - 10 grades. Both of them learn how to read music and play from the notes. Both participated in Musical Festival at Fairfield University and and numerous recitels. Both won 3 gold cups during these years. Narina opened an amazing world of music for them! Narina is very dedicated to her profession and her students. My daughters told me that their children would be studding piano with Narina - "For sure!"."
