Debbie and her assistant did a fantastic job as a personal chef for my best friend's bachelorette party on March 7. Everybody was raving for the entire weekend about the lamb chops she made, which were cooked perfectly. And her chocolate raspberry dessert was out of this world. Debbie was timely and professional as well as warm and friendly, making working with her both to plan the event and during the dinner a joy. She was also extremely willing to accommodate varying food restrictions (vegetarian, food allergies) among our 10-person group. Debbie definitely goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend her for your event.

I contracted SOUND NUTRITION because I had tried other options to eat better with both diet and nutrition in mind. Other options I found created too much trash with all the prepared meals packaging. I also noticed with those prepared meals that I missed cooking my meals. So I contacted Sue and asked for direction on eating better, but not making it feel like a "programmed" diet. She interviewed me to find my eating habits, my likes and dislikes in food and she gauged my overall food knowledge, for it turned out that she was able to teach me a few good things about ingredients that I had no idea about. I was also asked to "track" my eating for a few weeks so that she could determine where I might be missing key items for a smart eating routine. In the end SOUND NUTRITION produced a usable and tailored plan that I could easily follow and it didn't feel like a diet because she had listened to my likes and implemented a lot of things that I like, but of course in moderation and in some cases with a slightly changed ingredient list to make the meal more healthy, but yet still pleasing me as I consumed the enjoyable meals. I've also had follow-ups by Sue to check in on my plan and any changes or updates that I might want on it. I am so happy that I went through this process, for it caused me to learn and in the end gave me a good direction to become healthier, thanks SOUND NUTRITION.
