What do you love about your job?

There is no exercise better for the heart than lifting others up. This embodies my philosophy as a personal trainer and is the reason I do what I do. It's easy to research types of exercises to do, healthy foods to eat, and healthy habits for living. For many people, what's lacking is the motivation to take the action steps necessary to make the changes needed to start living a healthy lifestyle. Motivating and inspiring others to make those changes are what I love most about being a trainer. There is no better feeling than helping others reach levels they never thought possible.

What or who inspired you to start your own business?

Success is not measured by what you accomplish for yourself but what you do for others. My desire to help others achieve their goals is what inspired me to start personal training. I believe my methods of training are unique, and the only way to truly have freedom when designing fitness plans is to be an independent trainer. Charting my own path gives me the ability to be available for clients beyond the normal work hours. This flexibility of scheduling is a huge advantage when overcoming the obstacle of fitting fitness into an already busy life.
