My dog Addie behaved incredibly well for Cathy, I was extremely impressed! She gave her a good cut and Cathy coming to my home was a godsend! I well definitely be calling Cathy again
My dog loves Robin! And so do I. Always on time and always staying late! So polite. I was very nervous about starting training with my dog because she is very high-energy and she is already three years old. Robin reassured me that with all of her experience things should go fine and she was right. Taking my dog for a walk has become enjoyable instead of a chore. Huge improvements and such a reasonable price. Thank you Robin!!
I will review when the dog training is complete but my first impression was positive, in fact A+. On time to first visit to my home, friendly immediately to my dog and professional in greeting my husband and me and in how she outlined her strategies to get my Lab to jump into the tailgate area of my small SUV.
Adrienne is a dedicated trainer who puts the dogs needs first. An excellent problem solver, using fair and consistent methods. I have personally had great results leaving a sport dog in her care for a board and train. My dog received the structured work she needed. I would not hesitate using this trainer in the future. I highly recommend using Adrienne for any training your dog needs.
I rarely write reviews for businesses but it is my extreme pleasure to add a review for John Horan of ACTK9. John went above and beyond in training my dog Cooper. I could not be more please with the results of his work. I now have a wonderful dog who comes when called, downs, places, etc. I highly recommend John to everyone who wants the same results. He is a true professional. Thanks you John.
Christine aka "the new dog whisperer" not only taught me how to train my dog she took the time to get to know me. She was spot on with dog training and behavioral issues. She helped me become "the leader of the pack" using dog-friendly, techniques (NO SHOCK COLLAR, OR HARSH METHODS EVER!!!). Her goal was for my dog to love and respect me not fear me . She will work with you in your home addressing issues such as housebreaking, separation anxiety, aggression, jumping up, puppy nipping, walking on leash, and much more. Christine can help you with ANY BREED, ANY AGE, ANY ISSUE! Christine was available to help work around my hectic schedule and allowed time for the whole family to be involved. Before Christine trained Roxy our "French Mastiff" Roxy was jumping up on our company , barking non-stop , pulling on the leash to the point we could not walk her without our arms being pulled outta our sockets, begging for food and not listening to her commands such as sit , stay and come . With just a few shorts weeks Roxy was and is a changed dog . She is gentle , never jumps up on people or furniture . Our Roxy couldn't have made this transition without the training of Christine!
Meghan--Thank you so much for all of the pet sitting and training. Georgie is a new dog, and we are better pet parents! You are fantastic, and we are so grateful. We look forward to having you back soon.
My wife and I had a great experience with Mary at Canine Love Dog Training. Mary was on time, professional and answered all of our questions in detail. She was a pleasure to work with and our Golden Retriever loved her. I would recommend Mary to friends and family so give Mary a call if you would like training or advice.
The groomers at Pet Aesthetics are kind, experienced and truly awesome with the care and attention to detail with their grooming skills. The dogs go in for their visit and come out completely transformed and they know how spectacular they look and are proud to show off their new style. All paws up for pet Aesthetics:)
Very efficient and very helpful. Always there to encourage us and for any questions we had. Our dog has definitely changed for the better
We couldn't be any more pleased with our training from Ken at Caliber K-9 and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for training for their dogs. We have a 4 year old Boxer mix named Wrigley who started nipping at our 8 and 11 year old children about the time that I got pregnant. With twins on the way, we needed a solution for our dog quickly. We interviewed multiple trainers including a few very highly rated trainers in Boston. We were told a variety of things about our dog including that the only option was the put him down. My husband and I were at a loss of what to do and didn't have a good feeling about what anyone was telling us. And then Ken came over for a free evaluation. He was the only trainer to focus on Wrigley just as much as us. This made a huge impression on us, along with Ken's approach and dedication. We decided to hire Ken on the spot without needing to discuss it privately. I'm writing this during our fifth week of training and our dog isn't even home for good yet. I hope this shows how much we would recommend Ken. Wrigley was a challenge for him due to the "squirrels in his head" and his lack of drive. We feel confident that we will be able to take over when Wrigley comes home and continue onto a better path with Wrigley in our home. Ken has boosted his confidence, addressed many handling issues, taught him obedience and taught us and our children how to continue the work at home. Wrigley came home for a night's stay this week and things were great during the trial run. The other trainers sold an idea of a guaranteed fix and then would send your dog home. This just wasn't realistic for our situation. Ken has offered to keep Wrigley for an extra week at no cost in order to have a smoother transition when coming home. We've also discussed additional ways that Ken can help us in the months to come including helping me take Wrigley to an anxiety-fueled vet appt., boarding Wrigley when our twins come and helping to introduce Wrigley to the new babies. Also, the one-on-one attention that your dog would get with Ken is far and above what anyone else is offering! I feel like Ken could double his price and still be worth it compared to the others we interviewed. We feel so incredibly fortunate that Ken was available when we needed his help. He's also a friend now for many years to come. You won't be disappointed in hiring him.
Debbie is so passionate about what she does, it’s so easy to work with her! The dogs LOVE her! I highly recommend her!
I just rescued a 4 month old puppy. She had never walked on a lease before, was having trouble responding to her name and needed some potty training right away. Jesse came to my home to learn more about me and my dog Zoe. I signed up for sessions and immediately noticed a difference. Zoe was walking beside me, coming to me when I called her and learned to be potty trained. Jesse was great! She has years of experience and it shows. She is very pleasant and truly cares about helping you and your dog. Her methods of positive reinforcement are just that, positive! Plus the sessions are fun. I highly recommend her.
