Tim is amazing and I am thrilled that I found him on here. In one nutrition session, I found someone that is energetic, enthusiastic, creative and knowledgeable. He knows all about my thyroid disorder and came prepared with a nutrition plan and backup plans and all sorts of other things - right at our consult! A consult turned into a full on Nutrition Session because he was so prepared and I loved everything he had to say! Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. I am happy to be able to say that Karl Avdek is the first person to put me on a horse,some 35 years ago. I was fortunate that after training under him for some time he took me on as a "trail hand" and was able to put together everything I had learned from him in a practical way. And so started a lifelong love and appreciation of horses that I was able to pass on to my children. I was taught in a very sensible, no nonsense way that led me to go on to training my children in everything from the "softener hand in training and backing" of my own Wild Mustang" and to be the trainer of special needs children. I know that I will never stop learning from Karl Avdek, as long as I can still get on a horse. Thank you Karl, from the bottom of my heart for giving me the tools to be able to share the joy of Horsemanship with my children and the many children I went on to instruct.
I was hesitant to try personal training - skeptical of what could actually be accomplished in a small area in my home. Fast forward 10 weeks and bam! I feel amazing and have already decreased my BMI 5 points. Danielle challenges me but reminds me to listen to my body. Beginning round 2 this week.
Before training with Noah, clothes shopping involved me picking out lots of tops - rarely pants - and then putting everything back at the last minute and leaving the store empty handed. Now, I've walked into a store, tried on and bought the first pair of pants in my goal size. That is only the most obvious example of how everything, for me, is a totally different experience. Becoming happier and fitter is pervasive and when I decided to invest in myself and start training with Noah, I got way more than I expected. Noah's knowledge, passion, guidance, and positive attitude have changed my life. I've let go of fitness regrets, lost weight I've wanted to lose for 20 years, become fitter and stronger, and become more capable and happier. Those sorts of changes impact everything -- it has translated to me being better friend, wife and mom. Noah is a motivational good person who walks the walk and has a very enjoyable presence. Training with Noah is one of my favorite and most frequently celebrated decisions. He's the best!

Wanessa is a fabulous instructor, she is constantly taking classes and certifications herself so that she may change things up and keep it fresh. She is cognitive of everyone's individual levels of fitness. The studio offers unique classes not found anywhere in the area. The space itself has a great vibe, it is clean, bright and everyone is friendly and supportive. It is welcoming and not intimidating as some gym's can be. There are always new opportunities to experience the mind-body connection aside from the scheduled classes - personal training, yoga, reiki, etc - the list of workshops available add a great value to membership. I would encourage people to visit and try several different classes.
