I was very pleased with my experience with Jaisen. I had quite a few old sports injuries that prevented me from moving forward with any sort of exercise program. Not only did Jaisen tailor a program that worked around those injuries but he also enabled me to rehab them. Working with Jaisen and Quantum Phytness was without a doubt a great investment in my health as well as increasing the quality of my life. I would enthusiastically suggest Jaisen or any of his fitness coaches!!

I have had a gym membership for years, but over time I just found myself bored and unmotivated. Having been an athlete in my youth, I've had injuries resulting in 3 knee surgeries and still have chronic ankle/knee problems. I never seemed to make great progress on my own building strength. Being a naturally inconsistent and impatient person, I would often take 1 step forward and 2 steps back because what I was doing to "help" would sometimes end up hurting me. I have made great strides with Michael, he is a great motivator and is passionate about health, nutrition and overall wellness.

Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. I would like to recommend this life saving, rescuer who I saw at my heaviest, most depressed time. I have lost 103 pounds with Melissa Love and am no longer facing a life destined not to be very long. My health has done a complete reversal and I am no longer on insulin for diabetes !My lab work is astonishingly perfect, where before I was flagged as being "out of range"on every major marker for poor health. (cardio Iq, aic (diabetes) ldl high, hdl low,liver enzymes) i could go on and on how my health and life has changed!!! I still have 24 pounds to go to get to goal of 135 but my god!!! that's nothing when 103 is gone! I'm a perfect size 10-12 depending on the cut and shopping my skinny butt off in normal high end fashionable stores!!! sssh! I'm hiding the charges from my husband (lol) Melissa's program is the only real way to lose weight for good. She is also brilliant at getting you to stop whining and start winning! I have been training with Noah for approximately 5 months. He is undoubtedly one of the best trainers I have worked with for a number of reasons. First of all, I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule and he has been extremely accommodating and understanding. I have not missed a week since I began in February. He has created a plan that fits my needs and my age very nicely. He is able to get the most out of me, knowing exactly how far I can go. There is no way I would be able to do the same on my own. He is creative in his workouts, which I love because you never get bored. We work a new exercise or two into each session, which is great for the mind and the body. He is absolutely committed to getting me to my goals and knows how to create and execute a clear path toward achievement of those goals. Noah is a student of human physiology and he understands the importance of stretching, which is critical to a person my age. He has introduced me to new stretches which I am able to also do on my own. Last month, I has lower back spasms and he spent an entire hour stretching me in the right places which provided immediate relief. In short, Noah is a committed and reliable trainer who has been the perfect work out partner for me from every perspective. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to get in better shape, and do it in a safe and appropriate manner.

I started training with Stefan over 6 years ago! At that time my motivation was to improve my overall health, strength, and weight loss. After a few weeks of training, I fractured my ankles and could not bear any weight. My improved fitness level allowed my to use crutches without bearing any weight on my legs. After about 1 week (while still in castes) I returned to training. Stefan, in collaboration with my health care team, developed a modified program for me. This in part allowed me to heal and recover much faster. Mentally, it gave me something else to focus on rather than my injuries. My doctors recommended that I go to physical therapy, which I did. After a couple of therapy sessions I quickly realized I was not getting the individual 1:1 attention and results that I was achieving with Stefan. Physical therapy offices tend to be over crowded and have a limited amount of equipment. I continued intensive training with Stefan and quickly recovered with full range of motion and strength in my legs. I have worked with Stefan to improve my chronic back pain and to maintain mobility. As a result, I have a decrease in discomfort due to increased spine and core strength as well as flexibility. Over the years I have maintained a vigorous training program and enjoy every minute of it. Stefan is an experienced trainer, who can modify fitness programs to meet your ever changing needs and physical challenges to achieve the best results possible! Not to mention, "Discipline" is an awesome, fully equipped, private training facility. As a health care professional, I highly recommend Stefan and Discipline!
Megan is a great health coach and I really enjoyed working with her. She truly helped me to implement positive, realistic changes in my own life that are sustainable. She is open and willing to work with you where you are in your own personal journey and doesn't try and force you to fit into a one size fits all program. She is also really open in sharing her own personal experiences which is super helpful. In working with her I also completed her 14 day kickstart program for clean eating. It's simple, effective, and easy to follow. The meals were super tasty and something I could feed to my entire family - including my 2 young kids. The best part? I didn't even need to follow it 100% to achieve results. I happened to be trying this program during an incredibly crazy/busy/stressful 2-week span in my life (go figure!), and I still lost 5 pounds! Week 1 I was able to follow the guide pretty much to the letter. "Life" got in the way during week 2 and I didn't have as much time to prep, but I already had the foundation from week 1 so I was able to take the concepts, tips, and techniques laid out in the guide and apply them to my diet. It taught me to do clean eating my own way :).
