Even if you are an experienced body builder who’s looking for a coach or help crossing a plateau this is the trainer for you. Elin is realistic but motivational. He’s aware of limitations but will challenge you to exceed them. He’s humble and available, despite the abundance of clients that lean on him daily for his guidance and help. Tom jump-started my career-change resume project by dropping what he was currently working to get me up and running with immediate help due to a deadline I was facing. I am forever grateful for the personal attention he was willing to give during an important moment in my career path.

I haven't begun working with Kelly yet, but I did speak with her for a little while on the phone. My impression is that she is not only legitimate, but also very professional, sincere, client-centered. I'm looking forward to working with her to overcome some personal challenges, build a successful coaching business, and broaden the horizons of my spirituality.

I really enjoyed my career coaching session with Laura. Her support and honesty led me to a greater understanding of what employers are looking for. I went out after our meeting and purchased a book she recommended and and found many helpful tips. I spent the next day giving my resume a much needed overhaul. Even my dad gave it a read and changed a few things on his resume too. I am so grateful! Thank you for everything, Laura!

Patrick and I met at a local coffee shop and discussed what I wanted to get out of this interview coaching experience. He gave me the tools I needed to structure my interview responses in the most effective way possible, which was exactly what I was looking for. Patrick has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help guide you, at a terrific value- especially for recent college graduates looking to get into the workplace. He also critiqued my resume and gave me tips for that. I look forward to working with him in the future to continue my prep.

I highly recommend Efficient Results Wellness without any reservations. I came in contact with Mr. Wilkins a little over a year ago. At first I was hesitant to participate in the life coaching session because I did not know whether it would truly benefit me or if I would be asked the typical “well, how does that make you feel” type questions. I was blown away after the first session! Mr Wilkins was able to get me to identify the source of my issues and we were able to devise a plan to get me to become who I want to be. I truly appreciated Mr Wilkins candor, attentiveness, and professionalism. I have also recommended his services to family members, friends, and business associates and they too have been pleased with his services. If you are looking for a professional who truly desires to help you reach your highest potential, then contact Efficient Results Wellness and ask for Mr. Wilkins.

Tammy is the most approachable coach that I have been across through social media. Truly the one and only that had taken the time to explain in an easy way how the Trim liquid system works. And to be honest if I decide to sell something it will be this amazing product and her as my leader. I thank her for being real and true to herself. Love her personal journey and story she shared with all of us.

Danny Dickerson is a highly motivating fitness and nutritional trainer. His personality, demeanor and temperament are uniquely suitable to be a coach for others. He is neither too strict nor too easy, but rather strikes the right balance to motivate his clients. He has a fund of knowledge in both physical training and in nutrition that he shares with his clients. Such extra sharing of his knowledge enhances the client's desire to succeed. Indeed, I have already seen great results. I have more energy, a better sleep pattern, a decrease in inches and more serenity. I am able to do more work around the house as a result of our work together. He is very detailed oriented and each session is both logical, linear and he documents the sessions. He also is quite a raconteur, which helps in his instructions. He is also timely and punctual. I would recommend him for any position with any organization, or for a reference to be added on any additional referral lists. Best regards, Joseph Friedman Attorney at Law

I've been working with Jason for several months and I can definitely see that I am getting more fit and stronger than I ever thought I could be! Jason has a sixth sense when it comes to knowing what a person is capable of...he pushes me to dig deep, show my "game face" and give my all. He is also a great coach on nutrition. I am making better food choices because of him. Thank you, Jason!

Joanna was a wonderful listener and excellent person to speak with. She was there for me when I most needed her and helped me evolve as person. I have been to therapists in the past and have never felt as fulfilled as I did when I started having sessions with Joanna. A job of a good therapist is not to have their clients depend on them but to teach them how to fully function on their own and that is exactly what she did for me. She helped me to see the capabilities I hold within myself and I will forever be grateful for that.

I loved working with Ms. Woods and am already looking forward to future endeavors! As my Life Coach she has been very encouraging and inspiring to me. As a business partner she was phenomenal and I WILL DEFINITEY work with her again. She represented me and my Art work at a bi-annual for women only affair hosted by her equally phenomenal Mother Ms. Gwendolyn Beatty-Woods. At the event she set up the display table very nicely. She sent me pictures to make sure I was satisfied with the setup! She collected funds for all of my art sold that weekend. She conducted the art raffle and made sure that she provided me with receipts and totals and tallies of everything that took place. There was even a woman at the event that wanted me to add a name to a Breast Cancer Awareness Painting she sold... Toronicia brought the painting to me, I did what I needed to do and she came and picked up the piece and delivered it directly to the buyer! Impressive! Yes she went above and beyond. Nothing would have improved the experience! It was perfect!

Amy is a very caring, positive supportive person. She is an excellent communicator with great patience. She was my life coach for about five years and helped me with my life goals and values. When I met my partner she became our couples coach. She was good at role playing and relationship skill exercises. She also was good at listening to us and not taking sides. The best thing I could say was that although I had been seeing her for years as my life coach , my girlfriend liked her from the start and always felt comfortable with her. She never felt that Amy favored me over her. This is the most compelling case I can make as to why Amy is so good and has a genuine affection for her clients. She is openly rooting for you. The things she could do better probably is true for most therapists and life or couples coaches. I felt especially as a couples coach she didn't challenge us enough or focus harder on some of the problems we were having. She did not however, attempt to do therapy which is beyond her training and was always clear and honest with us that she was a couples coach and not a couples therapist. My partner and I are still together and thanks to Amy we learned valuable communication skills and a respect for each other. I highly recommend Amy as both a life coach and a couples coach. You will always have a friend who cares about you and wants what's best for you in her.

I wanted to write a review to share with others the impact Lori's guidance has made on my life. In the brief time I have come to know her she has intuitively and masterfully shepherded me through an extra-ordinary number of life changes I've gone through in the past year. She has been instrumental in helping me achieve a quality of life and sense of well being that I have never known. Her extraordinary insight into the causes of limiting behavior and your easy access to effective solutions have helped me maximize the time we have spent together by allowing me to break through many more barriers than I ever though possible. Far beyond simply helping me through some bad days, she has equipped me with the tools necessary to continue my own personal transformation from passive observer of my life into a passionate, intentional participant. I believe her true effectiveness comes from deeper within, based in the qualities that make someone an extraordinary Godly human being. Her enthusiasm and general regard for the well being of others, her understanding of human nature, spirituality and her genuine love of helping others become the best version of themselves truly sets her apart. More than a teacher or a coach, but a true inspiration and mentor. She has help reveal to me a better path, one that was obscured by my own limiting beliefs. I have done things that I never thought was possible along with providing me with a template of how to live the rest of my life and always plan for success! Truly Life Changing!! Thank You Lori Lockemy Sincerely, Cristina Williams RN Johns Hopkins Hoptail

The journey hasn't been easy but the process of getting there with help has made it bearable. The key was to keep focus on the gosl at hand. The visual workouts of video's was a tremendous guidance for each day workouts. In addition, the meal plan was an added bonus in achieving and completing weekly goals. I appreciate my online coach for all the times he pushed me to see what was in front of me and not beneath me such as the scale. And, to appreciate how far I have come. An environment of professionalism and constructive feedback in persuading clients like myself to keep pushing. It wasn't easy but with this online program, it made changing my bad habits into habits that will better my overall healthy lifestyle. Thank you, Coach Reese.

        What is a career coach?

If you’re interested in furthering your career and want expert help, a career coach is a smart solution. A career coach is a professional you hire to guide you during a job search or a career transition, or to help you improve and advance in your current position. A career coach analyzes your work situation and learns what your professional goals are. They then create a strategy to help you achieve your targets. Throughout the process they should provide objective feedback and guide you in approaching the process strategically. Here are some of the tools and tasks a career coach may assist you with:

        • Helping you build a strong resume that reflects your work history, potential, and skills
        • Coaching for interviews and strategies for solid answers built around your resume and the target job
        • Defining your career goals
        • Creating a plan for job searching
        • Improving networking strategies and skills
        • Developing strategies for negotiating raises or promotions
        • Assessing why you’re not getting where you want to go
        • Identifying new positions or career opportunities that fit your skills

        Why is career counseling important?

Career counseling can help you discover your career path, help you overcome challenges preventing you from finding happiness in your job, or help you learn more about career opportunities that are available to you. Career counselors are typically counselors who specialize in helping guide people into their best career choices. As professionals, they have typically completed a master’s degree in counseling with a focus on career counseling and bring a nuanced understanding of the emotional blocks that prevent someone from doing what they love or getting ahead in their current position. Here are some of the ways that career counseling can help:

        • Identify your skills and talents and how they correlate to different career paths
        • Educate you about the educational requirements for launching in various careers and what earnings can look like
        • Help you understand the kind of environment you want to work in, and which careers are best suited for that
        • See opportunities to transfer your existing skill set to other career areas
        • Help you identify causes of tension or unhappiness in your current career and how to overcome those difficulties
        • Help you create a game plan for moving forward
        • Provide a safe space for you to understand your feelings about career choices you’re making

        What is a career counselor?

If you’re feeling lost in your career path, overwhelmed, in need of a job but confused as where to start, or ready for change but uncertain what you want, a career counselor is a good choice for you. A career counselor is typically a licensed professional who has earned a master’s degree in counseling — likely with an emphasis on career counseling. Each state has different licensing requirements for career counselors, so be sure to research before reaching out to a pro.

Due to their academic backgrounds, career counselors often have a more holistic and in-depth approach than a career coach. Career coaches are not regulated by states and also tend to be more business-focused — a good fit for those who know what they want but need help achieving it. On the other hand, a career counselor provides guidance and clarity around some of the more emotional aspects that job hunting and career movement entail. Career counselors meet with you in a series of one-on-one sessions. They assess your personality and learn what drives you. They get a detailed understanding of your work history and your hopes, and often work to help you discover any internal blocks preventing you from going where you want to go. Hiring a career counselor is appropriate at any time in your career, from recent graduate to executive-level management.

How much does it cost to hire a career coach?

When it’s time to take your career to the next level, it’s time to hire a career coach. The cost to have a career coach help you with your professional journey will vary based on how many sessions you require, the level of coaching you desire, and the rates of the coach as determined by their experience, expertise, education and training. On average, career coaching sessions can range from 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the professional and what your needs are. Career coaches in smaller towns and areas with a lower cost of living will also typically have lower rates than those residing in large metro areas like New York, although most do offer remote coaching. Many coaches also offer a free introductory consultation, which gives you the opportunity to determine if their personality and coaching style are the right fit. It’s helpful to ask the coach about their relevant experience and get references from former clients. Depending on the professional, session rates could range anywhere from under $60 to well over $250 per session. Package discounts are a good way to commit to the relationship as well as get savings on services.

How much does it cost to hire a career coach?

A career coach provides one-on-one sessions to help you reach your career goals or overcome any challenges you’re having in your career path. The cost to have career coaching can vary based on factors such as the number of sessions you purchase at one time and the experience and rates of your counselor. Career counselors are typically professionals who have earned at least a master’s degree in their field. Based on their academic background, supplemental certifications they have received, and any postdoctoral work they have done, their rates may vary. Typically career counselors offer reduced rates when you sign on for their services on an ongoing basis. A typical price range for career counseling services (nationally) could be $75-$150 per session. Remember to always ask if the career counselor offers a complimentary introductory session. You want to make sure the relationship will be the right personality and counseling style fit to help launch your confidence and upcoming career changes.
