I started training with Svet a couple of months ago and love it! He is pushes me just enough to get me to keep going without overdoing it. I usually give up pretty quickly and I was surprised with my progress. I was not only looking to get my self back into shape, but I also wanted to change my eating habits. I always struggled with random cravings and always gave in. He was able to help me with adjusting my diet and nutrition, providing information on different supplements and meal plans to keep me on track. Always a bonus!! Another thing I really liked was that we could either train at the gym at the community center or at my townhouse. They will really go where you want to go. Svet and his trainers know what they are doing and know a lot of great exercises, and you can tell that they love what they do! All in all I'm definitely giving a 5 out 5 and would highly recommend this team.
It's my first time trying personal training and I could not be happier! Robert is more than just a trainer; he is a coach pushing you each step of the way and motivates you to do your best. Personally for me, the goal was to lose weight and get in better shape, but definitely got way more than I expected. I am still in process of reaching my target (to lose 10 more pounds; already lost 10 pounds in first 2 month) but I already see results in my lifestyle and feel stronger, healthier AND happier. The training sessions are not easy, but Robert makes the whole process fun and I always look forward to challenging myself with something new. I highly recommend Robert to everyone who is ready to take the leap in their life and get on the path to be fit and live healthier.
Elin has the ability to gauge the level of experience of his clients and plan an individualized training program that will enable them to correct any previously acquired bad habits, develop good techniques in each exercise, and progress at an appropriate speed toward their goals. While he is a demanding trainer, he is also patient. He does not push his clients beyond what they are capable of at the given moment; rather, he encourages them to build their competencies and set attainable goals at each level of training. His concern for the well-being of a client goes beyond their ability to perform a specific routine, and his own training and experience give him the background to provide advice about factors such as diet, rest, pacing, etc.

Shawn has been a great trainer for my colleague and I. He's got a positive outlook and keeps us motivated. We've been training with him for about 15 weeks (once a week) and I definitely feel stronger. His sessions are always different, which is great and keeps us moving and trying new things. And he listens when we say something is good or doesn't feel right. 100% recommend!
Agnese is a very knowledgable, thoughtful and professional trainer. She met with me right away to start training immediately! I've enjoyed our workouts so much that many times don't even know we have worked out until my muscle soreness the next day. I feel as if she keeps close tabs on my progress and provides me with helpful tips during and outside of our training days! I appreciate her approach, Agnese is not forceful but instead very aware of what works for you. She listens and asks questions throughout the workout being mindful of your strengths, weaknesses and goals. I have a knee injury and she has been so helpful even in my rehabilitation by motivating and supporting mentally and physically!
I enjoy running and yoga, but after finishing up physical therapy for an ankle injury I realized I needed some structure to improve my overall strength and mobility. Cornelius talked me through a fitness assessment and discussed my previous injuries (ankle and wrist). I've been training with Cornelius for the past couple of months, and have decided to increase from one session a week to twice a week. When working out, I have a tendency to push myself on things I enjoy (cardio and leg days) and to go soft on those I don't (abs!). Cornelius has been excellent at getting me to take appropriate breaks, keeping my technique accurate, and protecting my old injuries. He's also helped me to focus on areas for improvement and I'm really enjoying learning new skills. The gym we work out at is compact and convenient - it's usually just us in the early morning sessions and Cornelius is great company. Over the holidays I traveled a bit and he was very flexible about adjusting or skipping sessions. I also noticed that I'm feeling stronger and more confident when I work out on my own.
Beyond obsessed with this place, the people there, and the change I am seeing in myself - both mentally and physically. In WEEKS, not months, I have smashed short term goals, pushed my own limits further than I thought they would go, and surpassed my own mental blocks. The meal plan set up by JR along with my training sessions with Nahjerrelle have been intense, challenging me every step of the way, but I have also felt SO supported with each step I take (and coming off carbs I need that!) Blessed to be a part of such a wonderful place and so excited to see what the future holds for me here!
I’ve been working with Anthony for the last 2 months and he is simply amazing! There are times when I feel like giving up and he always encourages me to keep pushing through. His knowledge in various styles of fitness which includes: MMA, Jiu-Jutsu, Weight Training, HIIT, etc. The biggest thing I love about Anthony would be his heart for his clients. I’ve gone to many fitness “professionals” and they are just not involved as Anthony is. I can come to a session and talk to him about anything. I love the work we have done and I’ve lost a total of 16lbs now! If you want a great trainer, Anthony Rowland is your guy!
Overwhelmed with the training experience, I usually train by myself but having a trainer made me realize all that I been missing and different techniques end exercises that I've never done, therefore having a more complete workout

Leonard has taken what is for me a sensitive issue and treated it and me with respect, care and dignity. He's helped me find my footing to be successful at something that has felt impossible for my entire adult life. When I falter, physically or emotionally, he helps me get back up. These aspects of our working relationship weigh as heavily as his obvious ability to tailor a program to suit a person with diet and exercise. We are doing the online training and I've already managed to get further than I ever have before just in my own home using the trainerize and myfitnesspal apps. I weigh less than I did on my wedding day 8 years ago for the time since then! I grew to believe it was impossible, but now I know it is and having the guidance of Leonard is what makes it so. Highly recommended.
I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. Julian very quickly responded to my search for a personal trainer and was incredibly professional during our introductory call. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. He also shared his philosophy about strength training with kids, specifically how he seeks to understand what motivates and is important to them, so he could then weave in his expertise which ultimately would result in a truly customized program to help accomplish their goals. He was eager to “meet” my son and scheduled some time to speak with him personally over the phone and get to know him. I was impressed at how he was able to get from a 15-year old boy, what his fitness goals were! In less than a week of my initial inquiry, my son was training in the gym with Julian and has absolutely loved every session with him. Julian maximizes every second during each workout and even encourages kids to come in early to get warmed up (so really, while you pay for a 60-minute session, you get 70-75 minutes!) My son has already noticed physical changes, but beyond that, his sense of confidence, focus, and dedication has increased tremendously. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. The investment you make in Julian goes far beyond strength training; you also get someone who takes a genuine interest in your well-being and wants you to be successful. He empowers you with exercises which don’t require you to be in a gym (my son did his own workouts during the winter break) and with general “life skills/lessons”. Working with Ray has been a great experience! From the first session, I felt comfortable working with him. He took his time explaining the movements to me and was very motivating. In two months of working with Ray, I personally feel my strength has increased and have come to enjoy working out! Ray is always on time and responds quickly to texts and emails. My 12 year old son is also training with Ray and has really connected with him as well. Our Family would highly recommend worth with RPC Fitness !
