I came to svetness in need of help with losing weight I put on after giving birth. I have started training with Svetness and I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the service I am receiving. My trainer is very prompt and knowledgeable in regards to personal training. My husband will actually start training with me twice a week! He does not push his clients beyond what they are capable of at the given moment; rather, he encourages them to build their competencies and set attainable goals at each level of training. His concern for the well-being of a client goes beyond their ability to perform a specific routine, and his own training and experience give him the background to provide advice about factors such as diet, rest, pacing, etc.
It's my first time trying personal training and I could not be happier! Robert is more than just a trainer; he is a coach pushing you each step of the way and motivates you to do your best. Personally for me, the goal was to lose weight and get in better shape, but definitely got way more than I expected. I am still in process of reaching my target (to lose 10 more pounds; already lost 10 pounds in first 2 month) but I already see results in my lifestyle and feel stronger, healthier AND happier. The training sessions are not easy, but Robert makes the whole process fun and I always look forward to challenging myself with something new. Shawn has been a great trainer for my colleague and I. He's got a positive outlook and keeps us motivated. We've been training with him for about 15 weeks (once a week) and I definitely feel stronger. His sessions are always different, which is great and keeps us moving and trying new things. And he listens when we say something is good or doesn't feel right. 100% recommend!
I've been training with Cornelius twice a week for about 3 weeks now and my fitness levels have already improved. I've never worked out with a trainer before and this has been a great first experience. He's very encouraging and pushes you when you feel like you can't go any further. He keeps the workouts interesting and ensures your technique and form are perfect. He has incorporated various kinds of exercises into my workouts each day, including boxing, endurance, strength training and stability. He is also flexible with scheduling when necessary. I have trained with Emmanuel for the past 2 years. I cycled through a number of trainers before training with Emmanuel. He is college educated, professional, and respectful of my time. He caters his workouts to your individual needs and adjusts exercises based on aliments or preferences. He has a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. I would recommend Emmanuel Kargbo to anyone looking for a good consistent trainer. He is a former football player and sprinter, so he is perfect for ex-athletes.
I love Gee! Not only did she help me get back to my pre baby weight, but also a body I've never seen before training with her. Plus she's so funny! I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. Julian very quickly responded to my search for a personal trainer and was incredibly professional during our introductory call. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. He also shared his philosophy about strength training with kids, specifically how he seeks to understand what motivates and is important to them, so he could then weave in his expertise which ultimately would result in a truly customized program to help accomplish their goals. He was eager to “meet” my son and scheduled some time to speak with him personally over the phone and get to know him. I was impressed at how he was able to get from a 15-year old boy, what his fitness goals were! In less than a week of my initial inquiry, my son was training in the gym with Julian and has absolutely loved every session with him. Julian maximizes every second during each workout and even encourages kids to come in early to get warmed up (so really, while you pay for a 60-minute session, you get 70-75 minutes!) My son has already noticed physical changes, but beyond that, his sense of confidence, focus, and dedication has increased tremendously. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. The investment you make in Julian goes far beyond strength training; you also get someone who takes a genuine interest in your well-being and wants you to be successful. I started working with Mr LaMont so that I could get back on track with exercising, and get back in shape after having my second child. He has been very great at personalizing my workouts, to fit my needs. He is accommodating when it comes time scheduling the workouts, and I appreciate his positive outlook on health and fitness. His personal training style, to me, is more of a teacher rather than a drill sergeant. I've worked out for years, from yoga to crossfit, and yet I am still learning new things from Mr LaMont.
Hiring Lvl 10 was the best decision of my life . I saw such great results from my personal training . I was challenged to be the best woman I could possibly be. Mark Goldfarb has been my trainer since 1999 and Ive probably been with him the longest of his clients. He is professional in our relationship but also a very caring person. He has researched ways to help train me when I have had an injury or surgery. He has much patience and a way of pushing me when Im not motivated. He is responsive when I have told him that I am unusually sore after a session, adjusting the weights accordingly, and usually spending more time on that muscle. I have sworn that I will never be able to do a certain thing he wants me to do and slowly but surely, I will get there. I like the fact that he uses lots of different approaches to training the same muscle group. It is not only a good way of doing it, but it keeps the workouts from getting boring. Besides the weight machines , he uses bands, bosu balls, straps, discs and a variety of other resources to train. Not only is he interested in building my strength, but increasing my flexibility and balance. In addition, he is a certified yoga instructor and includes many yoga positions in my workouts. This has definitely increased my flexibility. In short, I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
Last Spring, I was pretty miserable. I was very overweight, very out of shape, and living with a lot of pain in my feet, ankles, knees and back. It was getting difficult to do the every day things I needed and wanted to do, and I was feeling lost. Exercise hurt too much which resulted in more sitting, more eating, and more weight gain. In a moment of motivation, I searched on Yelp for personal trainers near me and made a call to TruFit. I feel very lucky that Jaime answered the phone that day. We've been working together for 10 months now. In that time I've lost over 50 pounds, a few clothing sizes, and many inches. More importantly, my back pain is gone and I am back to hiking, walking, and I recently started running again. My joints feel much better and can carry me wherever I need to go. The best change is that my resting heart rate has gone from 84 beats per minute down to 63. I feel much healthier, happier and have a lot more energy. From day one, Jaime has been encouraging, motivating and challenging. Our workouts are always changing and I'm never bored. Jamie focuses on all aspects of health, not just our strength training sessions: nutrition, food habits, sleep, cardio, and more. He genuinely cares about me and is fun to work with. I have more progress I want to make; and I just signed with Jaime and TruFit Personal Training for another year. I'm looking forward to another year of success and finding out what I'm capable of next!

I have been training with coach zak for about a month now and i would have to say he is very dedicated and compassionate about what he does. he is very driven when it comes to helping clients achieve their goals. He is very flexible which i like because i tend to have a hectic work/school schedule. I enjoy that he is always able to offer up an alternative when workouts seem almost too impossible for me to do. His main focus seems to just be commitment and with commitment come results! And i must say i am very pleased with my results thus far and will continue to share my positive experiences i have had so far.
