Very happy with our experience with Mayor. Last year, we had hired one of the big name companies to help with a rodent (mouse) problem in our home, but they didn't really do anything but put down some traps and try to get us on a maintenance plan. Mayor actually fixed the problem by sealing up the entry points in our kitchen with metal plates and caulking to keep the mice from coming back in addition to putting strategic poison traps in our basement (which couldn't be sealed because of the layout/duct work). Very responsive to communication and arrived within the appointment window.

Bradley is a rarity - an honest guy who does great work. Set up an appt to figure out how a raccoon got in the attic and he showed up promptly, made a thorough assessment, sealed entry points and set up traps. All for a rather reasonable price. I can't recommend him enough.

Bob was phenomenal. Very professional and kind. Inspected the basement apt. for any entry points for mice and did practical and helpful fixes if he found anything suspicious. Les Moore responded to my internet quiry almost immediately. I explained my delimma and he was at my home within the hour. He let me know he was there but wanted to inspect the outside first and then the inside. He later told me that he plugged several holes around windows and doors. Once inside he did an extremely thorough inspection and took the time to explain everything to me. His inspection which included pulling the refrigerator and stove from the walls and to my shock were mouse droppings. We discussed different types of traps and expected results. He placed the traps, plugged holes on the inside and said now we wait. I was freaking out when I called him but after he left I felt calm and confident that we would resolve this issue. Great experience and a very reasonable price. Thanks Les. Btw so far we've caught 5.

Dave was on time, polite, communicative and very professional. He quickly assessed the problem I was having with mice gaining entry to my kitchen. He patched the holes and set traps for any remaining mice and clearly explained to me what he was doing. Hopefully this fixes the issue, but he said he will come back free of charge if I see any more evidence of mice. His services are very affordable and easy to schedule. I would definitely recommend him!

Don't delay - hire DeVonn from LCS Pest Management!! I am pretty squeamish about bugs and rodents (except chipmunks and squirrels outside), so was not looking forward to a pest service/exterminator visit, but knew from a recent home inspection that I had dead mice in traps in my attic, and wanted them gone ASAP. I also wanted to ensure I had no termite infestations after being overseas for several years. DeVonn, the owner, was a total pro. He was able to come the day after I requested service and arrived wearing a mask and put on plastic booties to keep my floors clean. He inspected the whole house thoroughly for points of entry and signs of rodents. He adjusted prior work to block points of entry and showed me signs of rodent activity I had missed, despite what I thought was pretty thorough cleaning. He cleaned out the prior traps and laid new in the attic and basement. He gave me the option of bait behind the refrigerator where a trap wouldn't fit, but even tho the bait is pretty safe, I decided against since have a small dog. I appreciated that DeVonn didn't try to up-sell. When I asked about possible termite inspection, he advised me to wait until March when the termites come out. When he did the physical inspection, he showed me signs of prior termite damage in the basement and advised me what to look out for. Another pest management service wanted to charge $500 for preventative work. DeVonn also didn't try to get me to commit to an annual contract of monthly or quarterly visits, but instead, gave me options. We agreed to a repeat visit in about 3 months - unless I wanted him to return earlier. Price for all services seemed fair - and consistent with his estimate. He has extensive experience in this field - including running DC operations of a larger pest management service. He recently decided to start his own business based on Capitol Hill, that I think he said currently takes clients in about a 35-mile radius. Still squeamish about uninvited pets, but know whom to call to keep them away!
