I have nothing but great things to say about La Nota House of Dance and the staff. I LOVE the Zumba classes! I've never been a fan of exercise. I actually look forward to my classes and schedule around them as much as possible. The staff is fantastic! They are all great teachers, so patient and genuinely nice people.

I have been lucky enough to attend many of Michelle's Zumba classes for over a year. After doing one of Michelle's 60 minute Zumba class, you will be drenched in sweat and happy that you made her class.
Michelle is happy to give instruction on propper movements during the class and follows up after, she wants her students to get the most out of the exercise.
