Tina is an awesome trainer. We hit it off from the very first day. She keeps the workouts challenging but lighthearted and fun. Because she has such a great variety of experience the workouts are never the same. Yoga, pilates, HIT, strength training and spin are just some of what she dishes out weekly. Not to mention she comes up with some pretty killer ab moves. (a tight core is a good core) I definitely never get bored! No matter how painful it gets she always keeps me coming back for more! I've been practicing yoga at Still Lake for over a year and its my favorite place to practice. Tracey is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor. She teaches all of her classes with every single student in mind so each person walks away with something from t he session. She offers modifications, while allowing each student to challenge themselves physically and mentally. I've visited other centers but none has come close to Still Lake and Tracey. I look forward to growing in my practice for many years to come.

He's just a very sweet, caring person by the way he teaches his class. Keeps everyone relaxed and smiling through the whole process. Not only does she demonstrate knowledge of technique, but she taught me how to breath correctly (I knew I had been shortening my breathe with incorrect breathing) and takes time to connect with you. Guided by her words and movement, I experienced an "ahhhhhhh" type of experience. Everyone should share in this experience with her!
