Nicole led a Yoga 101 class. She did a wonderful job introducing absolute beginners to the practice of yoga. She is patient and observant of the students and helps them with modifications as necessary. There were people in the class from college-age to retirees. I have since taken other classes with Nicole because of the good experience I had in her beginner's class.
I've been practicing yoga at Still Lake for over a year and its my favorite place to practice. Tracey is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor. She teaches all of her classes with every single student in mind so each person walks away with something from t he session. She offers modifications, while allowing each student to challenge themselves physically and mentally. I've visited other centers but none has come close to Still Lake and Tracey. I look forward to growing in my practice for many years to come.
Grant is an inspiring and very talented yoga instructor. He is not just a great instructor, but someone who makes you feel comfortable and is like you knew him for years. He is very humble and he is very professional, and you will not be dissapointed! Grant is very patient and will support you from the level you are at even when you're being difficult and can't seem to get a pose right. He's just a very sweet, caring person by the way he teaches his class. Keeps everyone relaxed and smiling through the whole process. For that reason I enjoy yoga and he inspired me to continue yoga-practice at home when I don't have much time to get to class after work.

Agnes' therapeutic Yoga has been a true gift, and I don't know what I would have done without her! She is a very gifted fitness and health professional; the very BEST there is!

If you are seeking a yoga instruction, Shelley Parris Williams is the one to go to. Aware of her practice in FL, I anxiously awaited for her arrival in NY so I could be led by her. Not only does she demonstrate knowledge of technique, but she taught me how to breath correctly (I knew I had been shortening my breathe with incorrect breathing) and takes time to connect with you. Guided by her words and movement, I experienced an "ahhhhhhh" type of experience. Everyone should share in this experience with her!

Every practice ends in final resting pose. This final pose gives the body and brain time for assimilation of the practice (meditation).
