James B. says, "Hopkins came out to give me a quote for a new unit. We decided to give them the project after hearing about their warranties and the service we had record from them. We had other quotes but none of the others looked in our attic. John found that we didn’t have proper airflow for our new unit due to undersized ductwork. He also found our insulation wasn’t as good as it could be. We went with his recommendation on a Carrier 2 stage system, duct modifications, and insulation for attic. Our house has never been this comfortable and we’ve lived here 17 years. The installers Karel and Kevin were also amazing! Very clean and took care of our home."

One technician was a no-show and the other told me it would be $800 to make the same repairs Primos did for $100! Terrible. No license. He uses somebody else license. When he will be at your house, ask him to provide his HVAC LICENSE. Also, ask his driver's license to compare names. He uses some Alonso Julian guy license. He cleaned my ac, and after a month, I got a problem with my AC. He refused to fix what he did. Did not answer my calls and did not provide any information. I filed a complaint about the unlicensed activity.
