I had been suffering with debilitating lower back pain, trying chiropractic, stretching and laser therapies without relief. Heidi performed a 45 minute massage on me. I experienced pain relief and a significant increase in range of motion immediately following the message and that night, had the best night's sleep I've had in weeks. The next morning, the pain relief and range of motion actually improved and lasted for 4 days before I foolishly lifted some things that I shouldn't have. Heidi performed a 2nd massage on me and my back pain has remained minimal for 2 weeks now. Knowing that Heidi recently obtained her message therapy license, I was very impressed with her knowledge of human anatomy, performing the message as if she already had years of experience. I highly recommend Heidi for massage therapy.

Ashley comes to our home every week and has done a great job introducing us to yoga. Both my husband and I have some injuries that prevent us from doing some of the poses, but Ashely helps us to modify the positions to get the same stretch without causing pain to the injuries. Ashley is enthusiastic, full of encouragement for us and best of all, very patient!

didi is a warm, caring, creative and talented individual. I first met her over two years ago when I started teaching yoga in Ryebrook. And now I count her as one of my close friends. She has many years of experience teaching children yoga and even more countless years as a yoga practitioner. With her hands on knowledge, wealth of experience as well as her dance background, she is a lively, informed and fun teacher. I wish I could be in a class with her again soon!!

I took prenatal yoga with Danielle during my second pregnancy and absolutely loved her classes. I had terrible back pain from the 2nd trimester onward and Danielle's Sunday classes straightened me out for the week! I would absolutely take more classes from Danielle:)
My Experience was great. I did personal training and saw huge gains!! This was a great place for me too start a workout program and stick with it thanks to the owner who guided me all the way.
In her yoga class she gave great guidance and was very gentle with the yoga positions. She gave tips on other ways to do a position as well, which was very helpful for me as I have a past injury and am pretty new to yoga. In her sound healing mediation class she brought an air of child like energy and an at ease feeling to just be. She brought us to a beautiful place in our minds and then played multiple sound bowls which sweep you off to total heavenly relaxation. With each class there was some movement and meditative aspects, so you are getting more than just a yoga class or just a mediation class. For me, they feel like great practices to have hand in hand. Since I have been working with Gabriela on yoga and meditation, I have deepened my personal meditation practice, and have had improvement in the areas I experience daily pain, I am able to do more with less pain spikes. I feel like I have gotten way more out of her classes than I ever dreamed, it has opened me up to feeling better in daily life in multiple ways.
