Working with John has been a great experience. He is extremely passionate at what he does and goes above and beyond to make sure I reach my goals. He checks in daily to make sure I am staying on track with my diet and making sure I get my workouts done when I am not training. John makes working out a fun experience while pushing me to reach my goals. I look forward to every work out because he always switches up the routine to make it new and exciting each time. I also enjoy going to his boot camp. I've been a few times and I've done different exercises that I never knew I could do. He plays fun music to get you moving, and makes sure you get an intense workout. I've been working with him for about a month so far, and am already noticing a difference in how my clothes fit and am excited to continue to see results!

I met with Ronnie before training began. I explained my physical limitations. My first workout was intense but left me with a great experience. Ronnie adapted to my needs. Some people with physical limitations are hesitant to hire a personal trainer. Ronnie made me feel at ease. I had no feelings of intimidation that many people with disabilities experience with a trainer or in a gym. That is a trainer's job to train and let clients feel a great sense of accomplishment. Ronnie just knew how to make the necessary adaptations while making me comfortable in his facility. It was a great first workout. I look forward to continuing to train with Ronnie.
Kasha Williamson was my personal trainer for about 4 months. She helped me significantly by believing in me. She pushed me to spaces I would have never pushed myself. I didn't see myself as being competitive. Kasha pushed me in November to do a rowing contest. I was amazed with my time and felt great!
