Jennifer McCarthy says, "The techs arrived on time. They were extremely professional and informative. They made sure that I was present for the evaluation and made sure I understood what they would be checking and then what they would be doing. Initially they thought that I needed more coolant which was going to cost around $200 for 2lbs. But after running all of their computer diagnostic checks... They discovered that my unit had plenty of refrigerant and that I really didn't need much done, but I should look into a surge protector as I have a surge protector for my TV and for my Hair dryer, lol... But I don't have a surge protector for my $8,000 AC unit. They let me know how much it would be to have one installed and it's not much I think he said $120... Depending on the price of the surge protector.I like that the technicians were so professional they were in uniform they made sure to clean my unit even though they were just here for a simple inspection.I live in New Tampa / Wesley chapel area.. they were timely they were in touch with me the whole time, they texted me when they arrived and made sure to give me their information so that I could contact them when I was ready for the surge protector.I had told them that I agreed to the $200 refrigerant filling fee... And then I came inside to let them do it.. they could have easily not filled it since it was already full and charged me the $200 but they were honest about it and told me that I didn't need any. I think there is really something to be said about people being honest.So if you want an honest and professional company with integrity to come and make sure your AC will be okay for the winter or the summer.. I would definitely recommend Temperature pro.I hope this helps you decide on what company to choose... This is definitely going to be my new AC company for all repairs or future replacement."See more

This was the company we used for a new AC system over a year ago and they went above and beyond with the best pricing and extremely good customer service. They made sure that they walked through everything with us after the installation and how to properly maintain the AC unit.Fast forward to now, in the heat of the summer, we came home later in the evening that our AC had stopped working due to a clogged drain line (that was definitely poor maintenance on our part to keep up with that as instructed by Eskimo). We did remember what they told us on how to unclog an AC drain line and took the necessary steps. We turned the AC back on after using a wet dry vac to vacuum out the clog but after a few minutes, the thermostat did not turn on. We decided to call Eskimo and they spent 15 min of their time on the phone listening to how we went about trying to resolve this and walking us through each step, explaining why we needed to do that step and coming to the conclusion that we just needed to dry out the shut off valve. After we did that, the thermostat turned back on immediately!In the process, we learned so much about how we can properly unclog drain lines in the future and we appreciate the 15 min phone call to save us a payment that most other companies would have scammed you out of. We are so extremely grateful that we called them again and they were able to walk us through in just a few minutes.I would suggest this company to anyone else looking for AC work. In fact, we have already once who bought a new AC unit from them and loved their pricing, honesty, and just overall care for their clients.We will be using them in the future and we definitely recommend giving them a call!"See more

Wow!!! Let me start by saying Alex is absolutely amazing to work with. I am a landlord with a Condo in the Clearwater area, and have had issues with my AC unit every year. My tenants are moving out so I have decided to contact Alex to have him check on the AC unit, because my tenants mentioned that there was a little leak that was damaging the ceiling. Alex was extremely responsive, punctual, and very accommodating to my tenants schedules. He went out to the property and fixed the leak rather quickly. He also inspected the unit and did some diagnostics to make sure nothing else was wrong. He contacted me the very next day letting me know that he was able to fix the leak, and that everything else looked great. I asked Alex what I owed him for the work, and he said "Nothing"... Confused that I misheard him, I repeated myself and he again said "Nothing". He said that it was a very quick and easy fix and that he wouldn't feel right charging me for it...!!!! Wow!!! I have Never, and I mean NEVER, had an HVAC person not charge me for doing "a little work", no matter how small the fix. Needless to say I told Alex that I would like to have him as my go to AC guy for the future, and of course he was very humble and thanked me for contacting him. I've been through a number of different HVAC companies, and this is my first great experience. It is nice to finally feel like I have found someone who is willing to help and be absolutely honest with me, instead of charging me an arm and a leg for a fix that didn't work. Save yourself the trouble and hire Alex to take care of your HVAC issues.

My HVAC unit coils were freezing for about 2wks and then it completely stopped blowing cold air all together. Alex came to the rescue and took his time checking everything indoors 1st, invited me to join him outside to explain to me what he was doing, he checked the round capacitor 1st and that was the problem, it was bad and it burned out. He also checked the levels of freon and it was low so he filled it up. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Very, very professional and competitive rates. I highly recommend Alex A/C!
