She was thorough on gathering information about why I may need a nutritionist, my current diet as well as any athletic activity that I do regularly. Denise is one of the best personal trainers I know. She is highly knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and is excellent at helping clients recover from injuries with corrective exercises. Sarah had just met my 97 year old father who lives alone twice just before Hurricane Irma struck St Petersburg, Fl. Once for the initial interview and then the second time was when she delivered three prepared meals to get him through the hurricane. Not only that, but she contacted me the day after the hurricane to see how he was (fortunately his area was not badly affected). Stephen provided me with a personalized nutrition and fitness program that was tailored to my body type and, more importantly, my goals. He is laid back, professional, and realistic when it comes to planning out the exercises for our workouts. I also enjoy the various exercises that he includes in the workout. He keeps me on my toes!

When Lienna began helping me, I was skeptical. My fingers were stiff with arthritis and my blood pressure was quite high. I gained weight easily, and losing it was a losing battle. I knew about healthy eating but my healthy eating was not working. Lienna suggested what foods and drinks could help and what to avoid. She gave me ideas on what foods would be higher in the nutrition that I needed. She gave me quick healthy recipes. She showed me how to read labels, including the ingredients and sodium content. Lienna made a plan that helped us figure out which foods contributed to my health issues. As my blood pressure decreased, and I began to lose weight, I thought it was temporary, but it is still happening! I can write clearer, my fingers are not stiff, and I have more energy. I even ate a large dessert and did not gain weight; in fact, I have continued slowly losing weight. This was amazing to me! Meeting with Lienna weekly is keeping me on track.
