From the first consultation through execution, June Cole Designs proved to be professional and knowledgeable. June’s expertise was spot on. The project was to transform my extra room into a dual space. I needed a home office and for it to double as a guest room without it feeling like a guest room. She executed it seamlessly and I would definitely seek her expertise again on other projects.

Really bad experience for staging!
1.she increased price because she said she gonna have the mover to move the furniture! But she didn’t even bring a piece of furniture! No mover at all! What only she do is bring the pictures and decor! That not worth I paid for it! I ask for mover money back but she refused!
2. On the contract she said she will change my second dining room to the living room, and after sign she said she don’t have the proper furniture so we have to make it another dining! But instead of the furniture she change to only two piece of decor one is candle holder one is vase, there is same price?!
3. During the staging she said she gonna bring this that, but she do not do as her promise! She do not bring it! She bring the candle holder with no candle, and I said I don’t have, she said she gonna bring it, but nothing. Also for the bed, she said I gonna bring the skirt, but not! And for the master bath I said something missing, we can put some vase, she said ok but nothing! I don’t care for theses some decor, the way she makes me feel not good is she promised she will do something but she don’t!
4. She bring the pictures she don’t hang it. I said can you hang it, she said she can’t and ask my husband to hang it, to be kind I said ok! And she ask to put that picture horizontally, but when my husband hang it there is no hangers on the back of the picture! Only can hang the edge! And that picture falls on the floor at midnight!
5. The next thing make me feel not good is she came open house! And she blame me why I am not put her sign, if I don’t like your job why I advertise it?! And also I do some changes, if this is not completely your job why I advertise on my open house?!
6. She want to take back the falling pictures! If you want to exchange that picture why you do not do it before take picture or open house to change it, and you want to take it back after the open house! You even not show me what picture you want to exchange for it how I can let you bring that back?! She want to take it back without my permission! That’s rude! Even this is your staging but that is my house, I pay for it. you can’t just take it!
7. She take the knife and fork back right after the open house, I don’t care of the small pieces, what I feel not comfortable is we still under contract that is what I pay for it! Why don’t let me know!
