Ah, where do I start with this lovely lady! I've been taking Leigh Ann's yoga class now for about a year, and I absolutely adore her teaching style! I know that yoga is my own practice and I get what I give to the moment, Leigh Ann is a graceful, gifted guide. I always come out of the class feeling so much more opened and renewed, and ready to tackle the day!

I have been attending Eliana's yoga classes for almost a year. She is amazing. She is compassionate, and takes the time to make sure you are doing the right poses. If you are unable to do a pose, she will help you to alter the pose so that you still get a good stretch. She is friendly and has a great work ethic. She keeps you informed through emails and she has always been available if I have any questions. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. She is such a treasure and I know the other women that attend class with me adore her just as much as I do.

Gabriel is one of the best yoga instructors I've met during my years of practice. I am so happy to have met him!. His classes are dynamic and inspiring. He has challenged me and also has taught me how to improve my breathing, postures and alignments. Thank you Gabriel and I hope to keep practicing with you for many years to come.....

This was my very first yoga experience and it was an incredible experience. Amy did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and helping me achieve poses that exceeded what I thought I could. She created a peaceful and soothing environment that helped me really engage in the experience. I am usually not comfortable being touched (I even hate massages), but Amy's gentle approach to hands-on coaching was completely comfortable and helped me properly do the exercises. I can't wait for the next session.

At age 15, I was 5'8'', 185 lbs and diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Because of my desire to stay as healthy as possible, I have been working out on and off for the last 25 years. During my best years, I have worked out 3-4 times a week doing some kind of cardio and weight training. My worst years I would go for months without even stepping a foot in the gym. I have worked out with personal trainers, I've done group classes including kajukenbo, yoga and kick boxing. I've done crossfit, orange theory, soul cycle and flywheel. I even spent several years making my own workout plans by reading books and watching YouTube channels. By the time I got to LB, I had many experiences with personal trainers and fitness coaches. When I first met LB, my posture was horrible, my hips were tight, my back was stiff and I could not properly and safely do squats which really limited my lower body and over all strength. This had to do with many years of sitting for long stretches of time, and when I wasn't doing that, I was hunched over a screen. Unlike with my other personal training experiences, LB assessed my total fitness capacity. He did not just give me a regurgitated workout plan every week, but he personalized it to include my goals plus what he thought I needed. He also explains everything he is doing and why he is specifically targeting certain areas of your body. The biggest benefit I have found is that with LB, I am much more aware of my body. The more we have worked out, the more I have been able to focus on engaging my muscles in a mindful and purposeful way. My posture has improved greatly. I am now mostly always aware of standing tall and strong. My squats have definitely gotten better. The biggest surprise with that is that I don't absolutely hate doing squats anymore. I kind of look forward to them to see what I can do. I've learned all kinds of stretches to help myself out during the day so that I keep myself as supple as possible, and our new goal is a pull up! That's the best part of working out with LB, he makes sure you are always heading towards specific and clear goals so you can track your progress. I would and have recommended LB to anyone who is serious about caring for their bodies, being strong, being flexible and being an all around bad ass. It doesn't hurt either that LB is a super nice guy. I have not suffered any injuries over the years, but If I did, I know LB, through his experience and education, would be able to help me function and the best level that I could. If you want to get strong, healthy, flexible and solid, LB's your man.

I was suffering from high anxiety and lower back pain. I wasn't comfortable doing yoga in large groups. I decided that a 1 on 1 approach with Lara. This allowed me to choose a location I felt comfortable with.Restorative yoga is what we decided was best for me. Breathing techniques, aroma therapy and sound healing. I've done 2 sessions a week for the past 3 months. My anxiety is under control and feeling confident around others. My flexibility has improved and joined my local gym.I'm very pleased with my progress and recommend Laras services. Namaste

I’ve received private yoga instruction several times through Emily. She is professional, reliable, punctual, and knowledgeable about her craft. It is clear that she spends a lot of time researching and practicing yoga, reiki, and chakra balancing. I have never left my mat unhappy after a session with Emily! I would reccommend her to anyone with any skill level, and I will continue to come back!

I have been using Zenia skills in massage since 2006. She is courteous, professional, skillful and flexible. Ayurvedic Yoga Massage delivered by Zenia was the best ever massage I had in my life, the technique she using during the therapy and instructions after the therapy shows how much its matter to her the clients. I can honestly say it was the best massage that I have ever had and I would recommend all my family and friends to do so.

Words cannot easily describe the experience I have when I attend a class of Caroline's... likely because she defies an earthly existence. Part of it is her presence, part her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, part what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room, whether they are 18 or 80 years old. I absolutely adore her teaching style! She incorporates the perfect balance of stillness and calmness in her classes, with the intensity of a vinyasa flow yoga class. I always come out of the class feeling so much more opened and renewed, and ready to tackle the day! I've been taking Caroline's classes for over 6 years and at the end of each class I am filled with gratitude for the experience.... EVERY TIME. I can't speak more highly of this lovely woman or be more grateful for her presence and constant gift. I will follow her to where ever she teaches.

I really needed this. Before Bernice and before I was formally introduced to yoga I was always tired and always having aches and pains. Bernice has one of the most pleasant energy vibrations I have ever come across. She makes sure that you are getting every position correct as well as explaining what each position means and represents. I can go on and on about it but it can never make up for the experience. I have recommend her to several friends and family in hopes that they will experience the same. πŸ™

    About

Yoga Bio and Style Christina Armenti took her first yoga class in 2009 during college at the University of Central Florida's recreation center. She quickly knew there was something special about it, practicing once a month or so until she moved to Miami in 2012 and found herself in love with the yoga community. Upon moving to Miami Beach, she integrated yoga into her lifestyle on a weekly, and then eventually, daily basis. She found refuge in yoga with her high-demand stressful corporate life and quickly new the healing it provided her from past experiences in life, her herniated disk she once ruptured in 2009, allowing her a sense of inner stability, and was able to learn how to heal herself naturally through the art of yoga for her mind, body, and soul. She made the decision in August 2014 to pursue her 200 hours yoga teacher training as it started with a thought that she naturally embraced. Christina always encompasses positive motivation throughout her classes and favors meditation before and after a class. Her style is vinyasa, incorporating breathing technique coupled with Kundalini Mantras from time to time while ensuring you have received a good sweat, teaching multilevel and having her students feel a sense of inner peace after they leave. You may find Christina anywhere from traditional to new age while incorporating mantras, upbeat tunes, or music that soothes the soul as she enjoys making you feel you are somewhere where you have never been before. She enjoys taking her students beyond their limits and clearing blockages they never knew they had. Christina considers herself a natural-born healer and has a passion for healing people through the art of yoga.
