Mariana did personal training with my mom. She's an excellent instructor and flexible with scheduling. Her upbeat attitude and positivity made the experience great.
My experience working with Nicola has been great so far. She took the time to really understand my reasons for wanting to learn meditation and yoga and has done a great job of tailoring our sessions to meet my specific needs. I highly recommend her.
I hired Sage as a personal yoga trainer. She is very personable and made me feel comfortable immediately. While careful not to push me beyond my capabilities, she works to enhance my capabilities by stretching me further each time. Sage has worked with me to develop a pool routine and has walked through the exercises so that I might keep a list to remind me. I would recommend Sage to anyone looking for a proficient trainer.
Eliana is a great professional who listens to everybodys’ needs and truly respects your privacy
Julie was FANTASTIC!!! We had such a great time with her! She did a private yoga session for our group of 8 girls for my sister's bachelorette party at our hotel. She totally adjusted the class to our abilities (after a night of being out quite late and drinking a bit too much) so everyone had a great experience!! She was excellent!!
Leigh Ann is an amazing soul. Her practice of yoga flows wonderfully and her voice is soothing to the soul. She seems to be very dedicated. I love her classes as well as her individualized assistance. She has always been upbeat and encouraging and has lots of great tips on nutrition too.
I didn't know what to expect but Ksenia just completely blew me away! I moved here from New York where I was going (what I thought) to the best of the best, instructors from India, or their students who work with the movie stars and so on. I was a bit skeptical trying an instructor here. In the first class with Ksenia I learned more about yoga and my self than through years with other instructors. I actually could go into a pose or asana that I was told previously I would never achieve because of my physiology. I feel beyond fantastic after the class, so relaxed and yet empowered! She is great, the way she shows things is really motivating I felt like I was dancing through the practice, her flow is very interesting. Craving for more!
Ann is a wonderful yoga teacher! She meets you where you are and takes you on to new more challenging things. I would really like to stress how patient and affirming Ann is in her yoga classes. I love her!
Atmajeet is humble and gifted. As she was healing me, I felt chills all over my body and I saw a white light while my eyes were close when she was healing my crown chakra I love love her work.
I asked Kevin to come to my house to do a yin yoga session with reiki. It was an hour class. I am a beginner to yoga and Kevin gave a great background on the approach to yin yoga which I enjoyed. Very passive approach as we relax the muscles in the posture rather than engage. In each posture he would preform reiki which would help me relax more into the posture. After the class I felt more open and relaxed and had a nice after glow that lasted all day. Kevin is a great teacher and knows how to adapt to the student. Highly recommend yin yoga and I am excited to try out his other classes.
Is really hard, complicated and embarrassing starting practicing yoga on my 45 years old, basically knee , back pain and shoulder problems, Tamara in two month help me to resolve that, get more elasticity and focused on my practice, she understand very well the real definition what Yoga does and she is an excellent and good vibration Yoga teacher.
Elisa came to our house in Miami Beach to do a private yoga session. She was an awesome instructor who really tailored the session to our needs. She was great at helping us with adjustments to help us learn the right poses. She’s coming back on Wednesday for another session!!
Words cannot easily describe the experience I have when I attend a class of Caroline's... likely because she defies an earthly existence. Part of it is her presence, part her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, part what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room, whether they are 18 or 80 years old. I absolutely adore her teaching style! She incorporates the perfect balance of stillness and calmness in her classes, with the intensity of a vinyasa flow yoga class. I always come out of the class feeling so much more opened and renewed, and ready to tackle the day! I've been taking Caroline's classes for over 6 years and at the end of each class I am filled with gratitude for the experience.... EVERY TIME. I can't speak more highly of this lovely woman or be more grateful for her presence and constant gift. I will follow her to where ever she teaches.
Rachel is an outstanding yoga instructor. She has a very healing way about her. I took several classes with her when I first started doing yoga, it was a really great experience. I admire how passionate she is about yoga and sharing it with others.

Yoga Bio and Style Christina Armenti took her first yoga class in 2009 during college at the University of Central Florida's recreation center. She quickly knew there was something special about it, practicing once a month or so until she moved to Miami in 2012 and found herself in love with the yoga community. Upon moving to Miami Beach, she integrated yoga into her lifestyle on a weekly, and then eventually, daily basis. She found refuge in yoga with her high-demand stressful corporate life and quickly new the healing it provided her from past experiences in life, her herniated disk she once ruptured in 2009, allowing her a sense of inner stability, and was able to learn how to heal herself naturally through the art of yoga for her mind, body, and soul. She made the decision in August 2014 to pursue her 200 hours yoga teacher training as it started with a thought that she naturally embraced. Christina always encompasses positive motivation throughout her classes and favors meditation before and after a class. Her style is vinyasa, incorporating breathing technique coupled with Kundalini Mantras from time to time while ensuring you have received a good sweat, teaching multilevel and having her students feel a sense of inner peace after they leave. You may find Christina anywhere from traditional to new age while incorporating mantras, upbeat tunes, or music that soothes the soul as she enjoys making you feel you are somewhere where you have never been before. She enjoys taking her students beyond their limits and clearing blockages they never knew they had. Christina considers herself a natural-born healer and has a passion for healing people through the art of yoga.
