Personally, I find them a healing form of Yoga. Great for decompressing and releasing while being focused on a cellular level with your body as it communicates within you. It is a beautiful balance to a stressful life. She has given that gift to me. Because of SuryaStarr’s abilities & talent as a gracious teacher you carry that with you when walk (or float) out the door.
