Definitely worth it. I have noticed huge differences with my body since I began their program. And their facility is huge for a personal training studio. They offer different prices depending on what you want to do. All their fitness trainers are experienced, certified and even have degrees in this field. You don't see that level of experience often. If you want the best fitness training at an affordable rate, definitely give them a call!!!
Apart from being very fun, sweet and upbeat Anna is showing me a whole new approach to fitness the one that most trainers and athletes will keep a secret. It seems that most trainers never want to show there clients what they actually do, instead take a slow and ordinary exercises to keep clients longer and without dramatic changes. I could tell Anna apart from those trainers right away! I have had prior trainers and never achieved what I wanted nor was ever excited to exercise. With Anna it will be a fun as well as amazing journey to finally reach my goals. Very well equipped, clean and private studio is a wonderful safe naighborhood and very easy to find. Awesome experience all around! After my post on Thumbtack Corey reached out to me. He was not pushy and did not try to get me in a gym or with a trainer the next day. He took the time to get to know me, and what I needed from a trainer before having me meet anyone. After talking to me and understanding my goals he matched me with my trainer Alex who is great and was also not pushy. I immediately felt comfortable with Alex. Hes a pleasure to work with, tough, skilled, and knowledgeable. He motivates and encourages you to get through the workouts. He pays attention to strengths and weaknesses. Modifies workouts where needed. I feel like Alex is invested in getting me where I want to be in the limited time that I can commit.
I started training with Julian 8 weeks ago. Not only am I reaching my personal fitness goals, I am learning how to exercise better! Julian is one of the most professional trainers I've worked with, his attention to detail and enthusiasm have kept the sessions challenging, but also fun.

I have had many trainers. Bentley was the best by far. He listened to me and delivered. All I ever wanted was pretty arms. I workout a lot on my own and look good. I take pride in that. Riccardo trained me for almost two months while I was vacationing in Florida . He was AMAZING!!!!!! He was very easy to get along with and I felt comfortable with him from our first meeting ! In the short time we were together he developed a personalized program that consisted of strength /circuit training in my gym Combined with pool training . If you want someone that is going to be 100% invested Mariana is your trainer. She is dedicated. She doesn't over reach. She sets goal that are attainable and workouts that fit the student. With an added kick. You want to give extra for her because of how much she believes in you. I have a long way to go to get to my goal but I'm so grateful that Mariana is there with me in this journey. She is a willing and active team member and I feel she will not let me down. Hannah is one of the most energetic, fun, energetic and hardest working trainer in the gym. No matter what gym you happen to be in. She continually challenges herself which translates into her challenging her clientele as well. If you are looking to transform she is your trainer. I've worked with multiple gyms and trainers (both regular and combat) and I haven't found an instructor with more expertise or encouragement. The other students are also awesome people and very welcoming. If you want to learn to defend yourself in real situations, this is the place to do it. I'm glad I found Strength4Combat.
Eric is an amazing trainer that will make specific training programs based on the needs of his clients. He is very patient but also willing to push you to obtain your goals. The exercises are both fun and productive. His gym facility provides everything that you can need whether its toning or gaining muscle. Matt is a great person trainer. He's attentive to what I the client want and then intelligently and thoughtfully applies his own expertise. He's not the typical "push you till you drop" trainer, but he also is very capable of working you harder than you thought possible. Matt's also very interested in nutrition and how it combines with exercise. He's the complete package in a trainer. His home visit rates are also very reasonable.
I have been"around" and I've experienced many different gyms and trainers so I believe I can give a respectable testimonial about my experience with James Tilley. Not only does he tailor my workouts for my personal needs, which can change weekly, James gives me an effective workout, always paying close attention to my performance so that I will not injure myself. He also explains the movements so I understand HOW I could injure myself and why it is so important to pay attention to technique. Not only have I improved aesthetically but I feel great! I feel younger and more energetic and I am 67 years old!! In addition to his superior abilities as a trainer, James brings to every session his upbeat, energetic, and always encouraging personality. With his knowledge as an elite trainer and dietician, I've gained the weight I've needed to and developed the speed I've always wanted. I truly enjoy my training sessions (workouts) with Serge. He's not only patient, but he's very knowledgeable and explains each type of workout while I do it so I better understand why I do it that way or how not to hurt myself. Serge is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). Before I started training with him, I felt overwhelmed and hated going to gyms because of the intimidation I would feel, but he makes the atmosphere more comforting yet professionally done. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to SERIOUSLY start training, he's definitely dedicated to heavy lifting and bodybuilding to build those muscles.
I love the environment at this gym! The trainers are down to earth and you can have a conversation with them. Of course your actually there to workout though, they will push you to your limit and make sure you do every excersice with a good form.
