She is incredibly sweet and I feel very comfortable inviting her into my home. Not to mention, she knows her stuff! I have been working with Tony for about 3 weeks. He has demonstrated extensive knowledge of body physiology, enabling him to choose just the right exercises to build my upper body w/o hurting my lower back or sore shoulder. He is also a terrific motivator, pushing me to work harder on the weights, where I admit to being somewhat lazy compared to my effort in cardio (e.g., 2-3 hours of road biking with heart rate above 70% of max is my idea of a fun workout). Finally, he is a fun guy to talk with, making the hour in the gym enjoyable physically and mentally.
