She's amazing. She really pushes me on my workouts but gives me great motivation to keep going. I have back and knee issues and she makes sure I keep good form to prevent injuries. I have always hated working out but this is the first time j have ever actual somewhat liked it! Although in dead when I'm done haha. I go three times a week and cardio on my off days. She's the best!!!!!!!!
Jenn is really great! I am 31 years old and in fairly good shape but I was needing some guidance in my workouts. I am not much of a gym goer and do not really enjoy working out with machines. Jenn comes to my house, she brings her own equipment, yet she is very flexible to and willing to go to your own gym as well. I have been working with her once a week since the New Year and she has taught me so much already. She has a very gentle approach yet pushing me to my goal. She is a great nutritionist, not the lecturing type, and feels like you are talking to a long time friend who has a genuine interest in you and your health. She definitely deserves all 5 of these stars!
I started working out with Keith in the beginning of 2011. I had a child and still hadnt lost the weight I wanted. I had A LOT of toning up to do. I knew I didn't have the motivation to work out on my own so I decided to look into personal trainers. I googled personal trainers in my area and lots showed up! I eliminated people who didnt have a picture and I compared services and prices. Keith seemed the best so I emailed him. He came to my home and my apartments gym. He was extremely nice and helpful. We could laugh and joke around while still being productive. He was relentless about eating right and exercising. He would text me everyday to see how I was doing. I was always reminded of my cardio that needed to be done and different meal options I could choose. He even went grocery shopping with me to show me the things that I buy that are ok and some better alternatives for others. The time he spent doing that and texting me was on his own time. He wasnt doing that because he was getting paid it was just because he cared. I also found myfitnesspal extremely helpful. Its a website that allows you to track your food and calories along with your exercise. I was shocked to know that some days I wasnt eating enough calories! I didnt realize that could prevent weight loss. It was also extremely rewarding to see how much more you can eat because you worked out that day. Seeing how many calories your actually eating in one sitting if your just munching on snacks is very eye opening. I learned tips and tools that will last a life time. If I had the money I would still be working out with Keith. If you want someone to help you reach your goals and support you in the process Keith is your man!
I met Daniel via his fiance Nina. I was walking into the gym and Daniel and Nina were doing an E-fit demonstration. Nina asked me to give it a try. I slipped on the workout clothing and into the vest, shorts and bicep/calf cuffs and the workout began. Simple movements became intense and difficult and when focusing on one area of the body Daniel could also activate other resting areas by the simple turn of a couple knobs on the E-fit panel. A quick and intense 20 minutes completed the workout. A couple days later I could really feel how deep the E-fit stimulated the muscle groups. I even came back for more sessions! Each of the following workouts were completely different and offered different challenges. Mike is an amazing trainer. He pushes you to do your best all the time without being too hard-he modifies workouts if you need. I've been trained by him for over a year now and really notice a difference in my overall endurance as well as strength. I don't have him train me to lose weight, but I've seen him be very successful for other people and I definitely have noticed a difference in my own body shape. Overall he's the best trainer I've had the pleasure of having.
I have known Chad for the last five or six years and he has been my trainer off and on for most of that time. H e has assisted me in many ways; weight control, strength , balance and overall conditioning. I would rate my experience while working with him as nothing less than outstanding. He is an excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge, which he is anxious to share with his subjects.I you are serious about fitness, Chad gets my vote.

I never felt comfortable in a gym until I had the opportunity to train with James. His diverse background of training styles made him the perfect coach for me while I navigated my way through my fitness journey. So far he's trained me to perform Olympic lifts, high volume plyometric workouts, any and all TRX-style training, body building and physique training, as well as how to properly warm up, cool down, stretch and foam roll. Additionally he totally opened my eyes when it comes to mobility, which has kept me injury-free.
