I relocated to Central Florida, and after two years of not "training." I can't express enough, or find the words to express how amazing, genuine, and supportive RAP is. RAP's knowledge in not just personal training, but as a corrective exercise specialist is clear from the minute you meet for ones initial consultation. Though having years of training with personal trainers in the past, I have now truly learned the "correct" way to obtain the most results while doing the exercises with "correct" form. In only 2 months of training with RAP, two days a week, not only have I felt the results, the numbers during my measurements proved it. I have a doctorate in pharmacy and my knowledge base is very strong when it comes to science, but I have consistently struggled with building the body that I have always wanted. I feel very fortunate to have met Rodney as my personal trainer. I have gone through a couple personal trainers before and my experience has not been good. I decided to give one more shot and was surprised by Rodney’s knowledge and dedication regarding bodybuilding. Rodney has exceeded my expectation. He is more passionate about getting you the results that you desire than yourself. He is flexible, reliable, amicable, and genuine to his core when it comes to discipline and training. He always arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the allotted training time. He is never on the phone when he is training you. He never walks or wanders away in the gym to talk to anyone. His entire focus is YOU in that hour. He gives his 100% in training you. He has a lot of experience in bodybuilding. At the time I began training with Matt my body weight was somewhere around 138lbs. The most I had ever weighed in my life was 165lbs, which was at 17 years of age and fresh from boot camp in the United States Army. During my time training with Matt I tipped the scales at a personal all time high of 170lbs. Gaining weight and keeping the weight on has always been a serious challenge for me as I have a metabolism equal to that of a Ferrari. With scientific dietary counseling coupled with a methodical approach and training regimen Matt helped me reach goals I had always wanted to reach. My size and strength increases far surpassed any I had ever attained on my own. Within nine months of training I found myself lifting weight I never thought possible. My entire wardrobe changed and my health had improved tremendously. Andrew Gibson is more than just a personal trainer. He is a kind and considerate young man who trains his clients according to their individual needs. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of all things health and fitness not to mention his many years of experience that allows him to train those that not only want to improve their selves but need to and don't be discouraged if you have an injury because he can be of assistance with that as well. Definitely pushes you to get the most out of every workout. At times you might temporarily feel like hating him when you're tired and doing a set of burpees haha. But you'll quickly realize hard work pays off. I'm motivated by results and sticking with Xtreme I lost over 80lbs and had never felt more physically fit in my life! Chris was always punctual and professional. He really pushed me to work hard during our sessions and it was paying off. I had to cut the program short because I had to move but would recommend Chris to anyone who needed a personal trainer at a very affordable price.

I've been training with Matt for a couple of months now. Before we even started he assessed what I was capable of doing, my limitations and work from there. One thing I love, is he doesn't just tell me what exercises to do, but explains why and shows me the proper technique so I'm getting the most out of it. Matt has not only help me with setting fitness goals but is also helping me with my nutrition and mobility for my bad back. I'm just a short amount of time I have more flexibility and strength! He's great and has a great facility. I am continuing to work with Jake going forward for my training needs, he's very involved and interested in his clients and provides help and tips outside of the gym which is really helpful. A hour workout with Gary Lee two times a week. We do a great variety of exercises that work my muscles and cardio. He is always thinking of new ways to get more out of our workout. Very consciousness of proper form. Which in turn allows me to maximize the exercise that I am performing. In a work out we will lift weights, lunges, sit ups, jumping jacks and run. This is just a few of the exercises we do. He changes up to keep it exciting for us. I have been working with Gary for 3 years and I am very pleased with his services provided as a personal trainer.
