I've dealt with many contractors in South Florida and most are at best shady. I have multiple horror stories of contractors basically stealing all the way to not completing anything on a project they were paid for including the initial plans being unacceptable to the city. I actually found Arthur and his company Strategic Construction after my last contractor nightmare and he was God sent. Not only does he do great quality work. Most importantly he does what he says he is going to do on budget and on time. His subs are good at what they do and he monitors their work to completion. All of my contractor needs are business related and always have a thin timeline. Arthur hits the dates and takes any of the normal anxiety I used to have with contractors in South Florida off the table. If Arthur says he can do it I know it will be done on time and correctly. To put it lightly if Arthur isn't available for the project, I would rather push the project back than to take my chances in the ocean of South Florida Contractor Sharks. I can give no better endorsement than that. Strategic Construction and only Strategic Construction.

My home is 81 years old and very dear to me. I needed major work done in my bathroom, mostly from water damage, termites and old age. Arthur and his crew evaluated the situation and devised a plan to fix the damage without tearing my house apart. His quote of the work required was fair and reasonable. His crew was professional and trustworthy. I had to leave several times for work and never worried about leaving them in my house. Arthur checked regularly on progress and always answered my questions in a way I could understand. He was always up front and clear about every situation uncovered. Once the underlying damage was repaired they started work on giving me a beautiful new bathroom. I highly recommend Arthur and Strategic Construction and Development.

Arthur, was the only one who called me back in my time of need after hurricane Ian, he was prompt in calling me back. His crew of workers were so polite to me every time I came to check on the work they were doing. I was out of my home from September 2022 to August 2023. The craftsmanship on a scale from 1 to 10 is a 10. The cleanup as the construction was going on was spot on. My home feels like a home again. James the foreman went above and beyond for all my questions and suggestions and took the time to explain things to me that I never dealt with in my life. This is a 5 star company and the work shows it. Thank you Arthur, James, and the gang for all you did for me.

In this mayhem of Ian, finding a company that exceeds your expectations is hard to find. Strategic Construction & Development did a major rebuilding project for us caused by Ian. They started on time and finished early and on budget. Unheard of today. They gave no excuses during the project because there was no need! 😉

Great experience working with Arthur from Strategic Construction and Development. He helped us with a complete condo remodel and did a great job walking us through the process. The quality and timelines of the work were very impressive. Even when dealing with permits and association restrictions, Arthur and his crews were professional and respectful. He was knowledgeable in technical details and honest in estimating cost and time to completion. We are very happy with how he helped transform our vision into our home. My process really starts with listening. I want to understand your vision—what you’re hoping to achieve, what’s most important to you, and even the small details you’ve been thinking about. From there, I’ll take a close look at your budget and timeframe so we can make sure the project is realistic and sets you up for success. Once I’ve got a good handle on that, I’ll put together an estimate to give you a clear idea of costs. Then we’ll work together to fine-tune the plan—adjusting materials, scope, or design as needed—so that your goals and budget line up. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed contractor with formal training in construction, and I also have a background in real estate and real estate development, which gives me a well-rounded perspective on both the building and investment sides of a project. Our team collectively brings over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. Several of our team members are Navy veterans, which means we approach every project with discipline, a strong focus on safety, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
