Background:
With a passion to help others feel GOOD and confident in their skin (with movement that's applicable & practical for everyday life), I obtained my first personal training certification in 2017 via National Association of Therapeutic Exercise. As I continued my study and research of the human body, I discovered the vast benefits of the Functional Patterns training method. I adopted their training style and received my certification through them in 2021.
