Ive had far too many experiences in various studios where I did not feel either of those things, and as I looked for a studio to practice in after mine closed, I had concerns that I might not find another yoga home that offered that warm and welcoming vibe I was looking for.From the moment I stepped into Flux, those concerns went away. The space is lovely, the owner Dafna is an absolute gem, and all of the teachers are equally amazing, each bringing their own special gifts into their teaching. Liana was outstanding!! I did a small get together at my house with some close girlfriends and Liana was our instructor. We did a beginner yoga class with some stretching, breath work, and sound bowl meditation with some oils. She had some pleasant relaxing music, brought some extra mats too. Everyone had an amazing time!
