A friend was visiting from Canada and we were both looking for something that would really wake up the body and leave us feeling recharged. Between the two of us, we have a solid amount of yoga and fitness experience, so we were hoping for something thoughtful, challenging, and well-led. Tiana delivered on all of that. We originally planned to work out on the beach, then had to pivot due to wind and ultimately move indoors. Despite the changes, Tiana was extremely accommodating, flexible, and professional throughout. She adapted seamlessly without missing a beat. The session itself was outstanding. Tiana is the real deal—knowledgeable, intentional, and clearly an expert in what she does. The workout was well-structured, energizing, and effective, and it struck a great balance between form, challenge, and flow. On top of that, she’s in phenomenal shape and leads by example. When I’m back in Miami, I’ll absolutely be reaching out to her again to explore other types of workouts.
