Troll Music is such a cool place! I bring my daughter for piano lessons and my son for guitar lessons. The instructors are excellent and they are very effective in teaching my kids in a way that they learn. I would recommend them to anyone looking for music lessons.

What sets James apart from all other local drum teachers is that he takes the time to teach how to read music. He also makes a custom made lesson for his students every day instead of giving them a book and learning from it. I can do that myself. He also stays with you the whole lesson and walks you through every exercise and lesson. He also takes my interest and learning method and works my curriculum from that. Very individual approach.

I offer drums and percussion instructions for all ages, from beginners to advance. Each lesson I provide my student is individually created and tailored to his/her level of skill to attain optimum growth, style and development. Lessons are taught at my studio in Port Charlotte, student's home or at the local music store in Port Charlotte. Lessons are $20 per half hour.

Margaret Germain is a professional musician and music teacher who lives and teaches piano, harp, guitar, voice, and drums in her home studio in North Port, Fl. She is the director of music, organist, pianist, and harpist at St. Michael's church in Sarasota. Margaret has taught piano lessons for over 30 years and also taught music in the Sarasota school public schools for 9 years. She has a bachelor of music education degree from Northwestern University and has done additional studies on how children learn through the University of South Florida. Margaret teaches all levels, from beginner through college preparatory studies. Children can start lessons as early as 5 years old with Margaret's special young beginners program.
