12/17/2017. BEWARE! If your looking for a company that won’t return phone calls and hides behind a VM machine, farms out thier work to degenerates that No Showed. Then Act of No Class Moving is your guy! Easy Small console piano , needed moved 10 miles. Phillip originally quoted thru Thumbtack said he had 3 different times available that day. When I booked I was told the next available time was Saturday or Sunday? 3 days away! I booked for Sunday morning after 10am. Sunday arrived with no contact from Phillip? I messaged him thru Thumbtack and he replied 1 hr later stating yes I was scheduled for later today??? What happened to the am delivery I will never know because he refused to call, message, or text me! He did send me a drivers name and number and this would be the very last communication with Phillip all day Sunday . Left 2 messages on the drivers phone requesting a call back only to get a return call several hrs later from a guy named Jewell that sounded as if he just rolled out of bed at 12:00 noon? He was a bit confused and it turns out that Jewelll is a sub contractor and was given the job only that very morning! With the timeframe before 5pm? Things only went south from there, when I called him again at 1:30pm I was given the excuse it’s Sunday and he can’t find anyone to help him but he was going to get it done alone, even though it was Sunday and he wanted to spend time with his family and not take on additional work? WTF? Who cares! Not my problem, all I need is the time the piano going to be delivered? Well as it turned out, it didn’t! No calls, No communication, from either entity. Act of Class showed a Lack of Class and proved to be cowards in the end. If your reading this I implore you to take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache and inevitable dissatisfaction of dealing with this company. Lastly whatever lame ass excuse he might post below, the facts remain accurate and true! The piano was never delivered. He No Showed without any contact. Act of Class Showed a lack of caring or concern in making sure everyone was in the loop until the job was completed.
Ps. Know that I have tried resolve this matter first with Phillip as I don’t like giving companies negative feedback but this company left me no choice...

FYI Phillip: Your Company name/number & the drivers name/number were given to security at the front gate. Why didn’t you call anyone? As for Sunday deliveries, they are allowed and there is nothing in our bylaws that state otherwise. I have given you the opportunity to make good today but as exspected no word from you..... Heed my words folks, use someone else! This guy is not with the headache.... Good luck!
