- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and transparent. I charge hourly and there are no hidden fees. Discounts may apply for longer jobs, repeat customers, or if the job is scheduled at least 10 days in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm the details of the move, such as items, distance, and access. Then I coordinate a convenient time and provide updates until the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience handling all types of furniture, including fragile and bulky items. I’ve also trained in efficient loading and safe lifting. I hold a CDL license and have experience driving large trucks.
