The piano was scehduled to be picked up between 5-6pm on 8-11-16. It was a no show and when I called I was told he lost his phone and my phone number and would reschedule for the next morning. He advised he would call back with his new phone number and call at 8am to let us know what time he would be there as the piano had to be out of the premises by 8-12. We received no call back and his phone was disconnected on 8-12-16. We had to find new movers at the last minute and pay double the price
