My three year old iPad began to have battery issues. The Apple Store at the Town Center is such a nightmare to deal with, so I began searching for another repair option. This little shop advertised iPad repair, and had good reviews, so I took the iPad in for repair. The guys were very patient and advised me to get a new charger and cable-they also replaced the battery. Now the new battery would charge, but not hold the charge. I was given yet another battery, and told if there were any other problems, to return. I waited while the repairs were done-under 20 minutes.
These guys were polite and courteous, not to mention helpful in their explanations of the problem. I would not hesitate to return for computer, phone or tablet repair and would recommend them to anyone.
