The owner Derly is very responsive and does try to offer great customer service. I don't think for the money the cleaning job was as good and complete as it should have been, but Derly acknowledged that he thought from my description that the job would have taken more time and did remedy it by giving me a credit toward my next cleaning. He runs the company in a professional manner.
We were very satisfied with Casey Carpet. Rugs came out beautiful, stains all gone. Carpet wasn't all wet as with other cleaning companies. Definitely will recommend Casey.
Shelby was a great communicator!!! She was the only company on here to actually respond when I had questions and I am so glad I hired her company. I have had terrible experience with cleaning companies who never showed up and a company who didn’t even clean so I was very skeptical. However, The cleaner, Nairobi, showed up earlier than expected and never rushed through anything. She was super nice and thorough. I was extremely impressed and made sure to schedule future cleanings. Highly recommend.

Aniko was absolutely AMAZING!!! I had to prepare my townhouse (which I’ve lived in alone since I moved here seven months ago) for a new roommate to move in next weekend, with very little time to spare because of a hectic, high-pressure work schedule. She was very accommodating with her dates of availability, and despite my not being ready for her by having certain things done before she arrived because I wasn’t well the day before, she managed to finish all the most important parts of the project in one day! My new roommate now has plenty of free space where I thought none could be made in our common areas, and her bedroom, which was piled high to the ceiling with unpacked boxes, is now totally clear for her to come in and view the unit tomorrow! I’m absolutely astounded by all the smart, innovative ways she went about consolidating space and finding ways to keep common items organized and together. She’s the TOPS! What can I say except that working with Cheryl at Organize In A Day was simply life-changing??!! I started in chaos, and true to her name, she brought me to zen in 24 hours. Cheryl is not only efficient and intelligent, fitting bins together in a closet space like the most talented of Tetris players, but she is also patient and empathetic. With her kind but firm approach and specific criteria, I was able to purge unnecessary items that I'd been irrationally clinging to. Cannot recommend highly enough. She is worth every penny, as she has now saved me money already by identifying items I already had in my home - but had no idea because they were hidden. She also makes very cost-effective recommendations for organization-related items and bins. Thank you, Cheryl! My new life awaits.

Kelly came to my house and helped me with my office and my laundry room which were my two most problematic areas. They were my catch all rooms. She came in, came up with a plan, and did a GREAT job at following through with it. Not to mention she was great company to have around while she was helping me. Kelly had my decide what I wanted to keep, throw out, and donate. This really helped me get rid of unwanted things that I had. I owned a 6,500 sq. ft. residence with 6-bedrooms which was on the market for sale because of my intention to downsize my residence and to relocate to a different area. I was reluctant to contact a professional âStagingâ expert because of my concern that the expertâs recommendations would require me to invest significant additional monies in my property either in improvements or furnishings to properly present the residence to prospective buyers. However, I was pleasantly surprised that âUnique Interior Designs 4Uâ was able to stage my property with minimal out-of-pocket costs consisting of minor refreshment painting of walls in limited areas and reorganization of my existing furniture and furnishings in the residence. Ms. Davidson was extremely helpful and effective in achieving the desirable end product in a timely manner, which I believe resulted in a higher purchase price in a shorter time.
My experience with Kadia was fantastic! I contacted her about her DIY service, as I wanted some support but need to keep costs down. I was so grateful that she made that service available. When she arrived she was friendly, compassionate, and very professional. After meeting, she drafted a plan tailored to my needs, that is allowing & inspiring me to make changes without getting overwhelmed. For anyone who has ever struggled with clutter you know how huge that is! So far I have already implemented some changes that have made a huge impact. She has also checked in since our meeting and was very empathetic; I felt very supported and that’s made all the difference.
Trudy is absolutely the best in this business. We moved recently and she helped us with everything required when one relocates. She packed every item in our home. She brought the boxes, wrap, tape, packed, and labeled the boxes. Then she organized the new house from the kitchen to the closets. She has access to all sorts of service folks and arranges their appointments. I can go on and on. You will be so pleased with her and her professionalism.
